Second time delivering here, was far worse than the first, which wasn't good to start with. Arrived at 0133 Sunday morning - 11hrs early to my appointment of 1230. Was let in gate & checked in at dock office. Got call to back in front of door 5 at 1942 on Sunday - over 7hrs past appointment. They check your seal before you can open doors & did not do this to us until 0956 on Monday morning, green light & paperwork at 1113 on Monday - 23hrs 17mins past appointment time yet near 40 other outside carrier trucks were processed while we were on property, many arriving...

I live in lake Isabella California I would like to know why are you charging all five dollars for a half a gallon of ice cream and it's not a half a gallon of ice cream so why are you charging so much for so less I can understand if it was over a half a gallon but it ain't it's less than a half a gallon so why are you charging almost five bucks for it and this is at Vons cuz this is outrageous prices I mean it's unreal. But you got good ice cream just some prices are too expensive for less ice cream...

Delivered dry load at this place. Very strict on appointment. Allow 30 minutes early to go inside facility. But very slow unloading. After waiting 2 hours, they send me cross the road 3PL warehouse for unloading. It took 4 hrs to get empty from this place. Restroom available for drivers in receiving office or portable restroom in parking lot on dry load receiving parking side. Management make sure if you guys are strict to appointment time then also try to understand value of truckers...
