Brother Express — Restaurant in Bakersfield

This place is the best Chinese food I’ve ever tried! It is always super clean and smells like bleach or Pinesol which to me smells fresh and CLEAN😩 All the workers have great costumer service and are very patient😁 The worker with the tattoos on her face and the other worker with tattoos not her face only her arms have the best costumer service and keep the restaurant clean⭐️ The best part about it is they have ANOTHER restaurant on the east side where The East Hills is located like you are going to Target but turn left and that is the same place so it is clean and good customer service🤩 The food are always looking fresh and they have boba (milk tea and tai tea) I also recommend trying this place because one plate can feed a family of 3😋 They always pack your food with so much food that the plate looks like...

This place was absolutely horrible and I would recommend that nobody ever eat here. I ordered shrimp fried rice that had a total of 6 tiny shrimp in the entire order. It was also not even completely fried the middle was just plain white rice. It was unseasoned and not tasty. I feel ripped off as they were so so stingy with the shrimp in my order and the beef in my husband's order. We were excited about trying this new spot but we will never go back. It is absolutely not a good value for your money in any way it was dry and didn't even contain eggs or hardly any veggies. It was very dry and poorly prepared. Man, what happened to mandarin express. They had such great food with amazing service. Now, manadarins food has gone downhill. So we tried brothers express, and the food is amazing but the costumer service was soo RUDE, I get it working in food service is stressful, but the lady with the face tattoos was being rude and stressing out even though there was no customers in the store.
