Brookside Deli — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I've been coming here for about 10 years and I've never had an issue with the place but one bad experience with one of the cashiers was enough for me to not ever come back. As I was getting ready to pay, I was standing in line and the cashiers up front were talking amongst themselves. Didn't really think anything of it until it was my turn next to pay. One of the cashiers Tony (I believe that's his name) was being really rude to me. He repeatedly gave me attitude when I asked about certain products, and if the deli had any sort of deal of the day. I also heard him gossiping about the employees to the other cashier that was nearby. He seemed really upset so I didn't think anything of the attitude he gave me. Then he threatened the other cashier about going to the management over something the other cashier had done. I was so shocked that I was hearing this right in front of me. Super unprofessional. For breakfast I couldn’t decide between two different types of burritos. I asked the cashier if she can add gravy on the inside of a sausage burrito. She said yes. She charged me a whole side of gravy which I thought was odd and double checked with her that gravy will come INSIDE the burrito and she confirmed. My order is up and the gravy are on the side 😡. I told her that’s not what I wanted and she said they couldn’t do it because it would be too messy. If they couldn’t do it then why tell me yes in the first place. Service was great, but very, very expensive. I ordered a turkey sandwich, and it had 2 slices of meat on it. I was going to order avocado, they wanted to charge me $4.99, I immediately said no. I bought a small order of the macaroni salad, which I would assume would be about $3, it was almost $6. My total order was over $19, for half a normal slice of bread sandwich with no meat and a side of macaroni salad. I'm sorry, I can't believe the prices.
