Updated Review: Ihop reached out to me, and I was able to have contact w/ the manager. The manager was kind enough to remake our order at any given time. I called in the order about a week later, and they were able to accommodate the curbside. Needless to say, the service was good this 2nd time around. The food was warm and therefore tasted so much better than the 1st time. I'm very pleased with the service they provided. I'm hoping that every order, whether picking up inside or curbside, is as easy as this was. Ihop serves good breakfast for an affordable price. Therefore, I'll continue to come here as long as service is good. Thanks again to the manager and the staff for making this experience a better one.

Initial Review: Every single time I do a pickup order, the same scenario plays out. This time was no different. I received confirmation that my order would be ready at 10:38am. I pulled into the curbside pickup parking at 10:42am. I then checked in through the Ihop link that was sent to me through a text message. I waited 30 minutes before I finally called. The employee that brought my food out stated that they may not always hear the notification when someone checks in. Their pickup order and curbside system is horrible. My family came here today because it was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted pancakes. I asked the male waitress to sing happy birthday to her he said yes and never did and we waited and waited towards the end he was just avoiding our table. The wait was not bad but actually getting seated was annoying because we were getting directed by different people and asked if we needed a high chair more than once after we told them yes and they see a baby in our arms. We asked for well done and our food still had blood coming out of it and his only solution was putting the steak back on the fire and brought it waaaayy later and along with that we asked for a refill he came over 3 times and no refill until we were ready to leave. From the very beginning, our waiter, Moises really didn’t seem happy to be at his job. No condiments were offered, my fiancé had to get up and ask for hot sauce. Then his eggs weren’t cooked well & the waiter was arguing with him. He could’ve just said, ok I’m so sorry about that we can fix that for you, instead of going back and forth with my fiancé about how it’s usually cooked. The finished plates were sitting at the end of the table until we left. We had to ask him for the check ourselves. He always seemed more occupied with other tables than ours, never came to see if we needed anything else, or asked how the food was. Other waiters were taking very good care of their tables.
