Leslie was terrific. She helped me find the perfect LG washer and dryer that I was looking for. Thank you, Leslie. UPDATE: I purchased the washer and dryer on Sunday, July 6th 2025 Received them today, Tuesday, July 8. An Independent contractor delivered, and installed. I started my first wash, and the Washing machine was bouncing out of the room In the spin cycle. I called the store and they said to remove four bolts on the back of the machine. I looked at the back of the machine and there were no 4 bolts to remove so I took the back cover off and found a spring at the bottom of the machine. Luckily, I am a little mechanically inclined so I looked up a solution in YouTube. In the video, two springs help the washing machine tub from jumping around Both springs were disconnected From the machine that I purchased. I was able to reattach both springs and the machine started working as normal. I test washed Three more loads, including a load with towels which Ended up spilling about a quart of water through the front end of the machine. Not sure exactly what’s up with the water spilling but everything else functioned OK. The dryer has worked flawlessly. It’s good. So I am changing From a five star review to Two stars due to the issues that I found and may still continue to have Due to the water that spilled in front of the machine with washing the towels. I would like to give a five stars Review but I didn’t seem to get any good assistance or reassurance that “Smart buy appliance and liquidation” would help in anyway.

Hats off to Rocky the Manager!! Great service! My dryer went out on Friday night. I checked the fuse on the dryer but that wasn’t the problem, and with it being almost 10 yrs old I figured I’d get a new one. I searched online Friday night, all the usual suspects, Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc. in my search I found Smart Buy. When I walked in I was greeted by Rocky.. I told him I was looking for just a basic dryer. He showed me an LG that was brand new, but had been dropped and dented, but everything worked. He even dropped the price for me. I bought it, took it home , and found the exhaust tube had come off from underneath the dryer, and also that the dryer drum rubbed the side of the dryer when running, ( from the fall I suppose ) I called Rocky straight away, explained the problem, he did not hesitate, He just told me to bring it back, and he’d make it right. So I ended up getting a Samsung, which was 50 bucks more. ( I still saved about 110 bucks from what that dryer would cost from anywhere else ) { Lowe’s Home Depot or Best Buy } it’s rare these days to find someone who actually cares about customer service …. I got a refrigerator from this place and everything went fine. And it's working well, so I assumed everything was good. I went back and got a washer and dryer combo, and went to pick it up. It was too heavy, so I had it delivered. When we went to use it It doesn't dry your clothes completely. So I ran the dryer cycle again and it stayed stuck on 4 minutes. And stayed on all night long. I went back to the store to tell them about what had happened. They told me that they had to put in a service ticket. For someone to come out and look at it, no one called me to tell me about when they will be here to look at it. I called back and asked them, can I just exchange it to get something else because I know I can't get my money back? She says she was going to call about the service ticket but I still never received a call back now. I'm stuck with a $1700 washer and dryer that I cannot wash my clothes with and they are not telling me nothing. I just want something I can wash my clothes with. I dont care if I have to pay a...
