DO NOT PURCHASE from this store unless you don’t mind waiting to receive furniture for 2 MONTHS. I purchased a dining room set and bedroom set from Quality Furniture on 08/22/25 and it is 09/29/25 but I have yet to receive my bedroom set. I called customer service on 09/29/25 and the representative stated that the ā€œwarehouse does not have it, so it may be due to the manufacturer being behind on the order and it may take an additional 2 weeks.ā€ The representative uses that default excuse because in the fine print that you sign when purchasing the furniture, it states, ā€œ Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer’s scheduling, stock, availability of materials, […] or any other cause beyond the control of the seller. All sales are final, no refund.ā€ The sales representative Aldo assured me that I would receive it within 2 weeks of purchase, yet Alexandra from the delivery department said I should have been told 2-5weeks. I spoke to the manager Oscar on 09/22/25 in regards to this issue at hand and he stated that he would follow up with me by Wednesday 09/24/25 if I didn’t hear from them regarding my bedroom set, yet the effort was never made that day. This store lacks clarity and transparency and I would just like to be offered an additional solution. See attached photos of the fine print in this review to understand what you are signing.

We ordered the entertainment center on the top on 12/31 from Quality Furniture on ming Ave in Bakersfield. 72 inch tv stand, clearly long and thin. I was FINALLY able to get it re-ordered hopefully correctly being told it was in stock and it would take a few days. Here are we are almost 3 weeks later and still no replacement. I’ve been calling for a week trying to get info and delivery update on the new center & pick up of the old one and I am again told someone will call me back with no call back and being told for a week a truck arrived with an item matching what I ordered but waiting on paperwork. Again, completely giving me the run around. If someone would actually call me back and give me solid answers I would understand but I’m getting nothing. I’ve been patient for over a month and it’s gotten me no where. I’ve been waiting and wanting a new entertainment center for a few years and I’ve just been waiting to find one I loved and to say this whole ordeal has been absolutely disappoining and frustrating is an understatement. Please, do not buy furniture from here. 10/10 do not recommend.

Their black finger stains were left on the white vanity. Then, I spoke to Isabel to get a refund. She makes me believe a refund is a possibility after I told her and wrote it in a message that I wanted a refund and not a replacement, but the whole time a refund wasn’t a possibility according to her. She claims she will provide me with an update by Monday afternoon, but I had to chase her down to get some answers. I cannot believe I can’t get a refund for the mistakes all these people have made. It’s not like I am asking for a refund just to ask for it. Please save your money and buy elsewhere.

I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the entire service I received from start to finish. It was my first time at Quality Furniture store. I decided to hit the Memorial Day sales and stop by Ashley Furniture store first, as I have made a couple of purchases from them in the past. Boy, was I shocked how poorly they have gone down hill. I was there to purchase a bedroom set and a new mattress. Not only was it cheap looking furniture, they had very few bedroom sets to pick from. So, I quickly exited the store and headed for Quality Furniture. Wow, what a difference from Ashley Furniture. Not only do they have hanging chandeliers throughout, but many choices of bedrooms sets to pick from. I was totally impressed with the entire store. They have so much furniture to choose from to include massage chairs and much more. The day I stopped by they only had two sales reps working as two of their employees called in sick. I was very lucky to have Roy assist me. He immediately greeted me with a smile and shook my hand. Although, they were short handed and very busy, Roy gave me his full attention the entire time. He was very professional and kind. He handed me a bottle of water and answered all of my questions. I was so impressed with the quality of furniture, I struggled to make a decision between two styles. Once I decided, Roy offered me two free Tempur-pedic pillows and the pillow cases. He even gave me his personal cell number which was a big help as I later changed my mind on the color of the furniture . I was worried, as all sales are final upon signing the contract. But because it was the same day I purchased the furniture he was able to change it from champagne to dark cherry wood. I was extremely thrilled as I was worried he would not be able to honor it. I spent close to 12k which included two night stands and the bed along with the tempur-pedic mattress with all the bells and whistles. It vibrates and the head and foot go up and down. In less than two weeks my furniture was delivered. The delivery guys Adrian and Efren from FurnitureLand did a great job ensuring it was setup properly. Not only did they arrive 30 minutes earlier than expected, they trekked the stuff up from Bakersfield to the Lake Isabella area (Onyx), which isn’t an easy drive through the canyon. It was a very hot day too. There were no nicks or damage to the beautiful furniture and the mechanics of the massage bed worked perfectly. My husband and I were so happy we tipped the delivery guys $50 each and gave them a coke and bottled water. I would highly recommend Quality Furniture store for your shopping. Went again today to pick up a rug and sideboard. Again worked with Jose he is wonderful very patient and hard working. The furniture selection is perfect for everyone's taste and very high quality. I think it should be everyone's go to. Truly wonderful store and high quality and caring team!

I requested the same delivery team Art and Willy. I look forward to working with them all again!

My second order from Quality Furniture and I am still pleased and could not recommend them more. I will never purchase from any other retailer. Jose was an amazing hard working customer service rep. I would highly recommend him.

The White glove delivery service was wonderful. Art and Willy were professional and very helpful andodt of all respectful. I would use this crew every day. Great great job Art and Willy!!!!

I could not be more pleased with Quality Furniture.

First the most beautiful store with a very comfortable feeling and magnificent staff. They have the most beautiful quality furniture in town. Period full stop! I promise you will find for everyone's taste. It is a stunning store.

My daughter and I were shopping for Vanity and had the pleasure of working with Basem. He was amazing. He was patient and diligently to find the exact vanity y 14 year old wanted. That in it self is a task.

Basem set up delivery and was super helpful and very professional. He answered all our questions and made the process seamless. Every staff member has been wonderful they are truly professionals. They are far above any other furniture store in town. Super furniture reasonably priced and the best customer service. The quality is also above the board.

I will never shop at any other furniture store ever. I do not say that lightly but they have a huge selection in a clean store with the best prices and best staff! Go check it out I promise you wont be disappointed. It is a huge showroom with something for everyone!

My journey started back in February of this year found a custom sectional that I fell in love with and made the order. In March my home experienced some flooding and we started the repairs and during this time I was informed my order was ready for delivery. The store was kind enough to hold my order for nearly 5 months and I was super grateful and even went back and ordered a media console. Fast forward to delivery day the delivery guys were great no issues. They tell me the ottoman was not in the truck and during delivery another truck end up bringing the ottoman. After measuring the ottoman it appeared it was the floor model ottoman it had fingerprints and fur coming and I was also missing the kidney pillows that caught my attention to the couch. I went to the store and let them know the issues and they had someone follow up with me. The pillow fabric I picked 5 months prior was discontinued and I had to go pick a new fabric. When I went in to pick the fabric the lady I was told to ask for was too busy in the massage chairs and someone else had to step in to assist. They picked up the ottoman which not only was the wrong size but appeared used. 2 months later my ottoman and pillows have arrived. I'm still not as happy with the pillows from my orginal purchase but there isn't more I can do when I already paid half of my order. The customer service is meh 😐!
