Tacos El Toro — Restaurant in Bakersfield

This was also my first time to this establishment n I'm pretty set in my ways, like, I like what I like...what I'm already used to...but it's Thanksgiving Day so most places are closed today. After trying 2 other places, this was the 3rd restaurant we checked n my boyfriend, ART JUAREZ, said it was good so we stopped in the drive-thru n ordered the Torobowl (him) and the torta+taco (me) and he loved his food, mine, well the torta was really bland n didn't hardly have much flavor, BUT THE TACO? -OH. MY. GAWD. ...I HAVE NEVER, IN MY LIFE, HAD A TACO THAT FREAKIN GOOD BEFORE! IT WAS SO PERFECT! SOMETHING ABOUT THE TORTILLAS, OR I DUNNO WHAT IT WAS, BUT THAT WAS THEE BEST TACO IN THE WHOLE WORLD! I AM SOOO GOING TO THAT PLACE FROM NOW ON! TO WHOMEVER MADE ME THAT TACO ON THANKSGIVING DAY - THANK U! I FEEL LIKE DRIVING ALL THE WAY BACK OVER THERE JUST TO TIP THE COOK! THATS HOW AMAZING IT WAS! I SWEAR, IT WAS OH MY GOD, GOOD. IT WAS...PERFECTION! THERE SHOULD B A TACO CONTEST! THIS PLACE WOULD BLOW TACOS LA VILLA OUTTA THE WATER! AND TO THE OWNER - THANK U FOR HIRING THAT COOK! -AND FOR BEING OPEN ON THANKSGIVING...

🛑🚨👉🤢🤮I ordered $40 Worth of food. All the food has asada meat and the meat was very hard to eat and chewy. The restaurant was very hot no ac turned on. I requested a refund and I got it denied. Also the manager was very rude. He followed me outside to my vehicle and told me that I better not write a bad review. I will avoid this place like plague. I am writing based on my dining experience. I have the right to exercise my first amendment. I will sue back for any defamation of character accusations brought to me. Also the restroom didn't have toilet paper, no hand soup and the restrooms are very dirty. Also the cashier had a very rude attitude. I know about laws. My brother is an attorney that works...

There’s a lot bad reasons to not come to this place one, rude customer service, 2 they take out the trash to the dumpster and without washing their hands they serve your food is something dirty and disgusting, the food wasn’t that good for it to cost ALMOST 50 dollars we only Ordered 6 tacos and the girl in front is so rude we ask her for something and she doesn’t respond she takes the money out of your hand so rudely she seems always mad and makes you feel worthless I don’t recommend this place AT ALL won’t ever come here again I recommend taco de la ville for other people reading this. This is the worst...
