I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Chuck E. Cheese on Ming Avenue in Bakersfield, California. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our family's party truly memorable. Very disappointed with the service here today. I've been going to this location for over 15 years. Today I went for my sons birthday. I had a good time until it was time to get our prizes. They had one lady upfront and for whatever reason her tone was off and seemed annoyed with me. When I told her to calm down and that I didn't appreciate the way she she was talking to me...she went off. She said she didn't have an attitude and proceeded to ask the customer standing in another line (who had nothing to do with what was going on) did she have an attitude problem. The guy literally said he just got there and didn't want to get involved but she continued to ask him until he said no. Then she got back to me and said " I don't have an attitude and I ain't going to let you ruin my day" . I told her I don't care what other people think, and that she had an attitude with me. I rlly felt like I was being pranked! This was all very unprofessional and I was in shock by her behavior. She was the only one up there. Eventually the one person on the floor was notified about what was going on and got the manager. Bottom line, if you're not going to be in a good mood and enjoy working with people, you shouldn't be working at a place full of kids and families,let alone in the customer service field. The kids n I attended a party for a 2 yr old here and the pizzas gave EVERYBODY DIARRHEA, the salad bar was good...it was ...okay...but I guess the worst part about it was the limited available employees and how rude they ALL are...they can ALL be standing behind registers and u can either b the ONLY person in front of them, or there could b a whole long line all the way to the wall!, waiting to be attended to, (TRYING TO HAND THEM MONEY!), AND THEY WILL ALL JUST KEEP TALKING AMONGST EACHOTHER, COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY IGNORING U! FOR A VERY. LONG. TIME! UNTIL U GIVE UP N WALK AWAY! IM SORRY BUT I DONT SEE HOW THEY EVEN MAKE MONEY AT ALL, WHEN WHATEVER THEY DID LAST WEEKEND WITH THEIR COUSIN AT THE MALL OR WHATEVER, IS SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than doing the simple job they're being paid to do.
