Absolute top notch best and most professional experience in town I’ve had in years! We went to their new location just off of Rosedale HWY and Calloway Dr, and from first look the new showroom is very clean, wide open, very easy to navigate around, and very well laid out….no annoying loud inappropriate music blaring, no unprofessional pushy salespeople standing around acting like customers aren’t in the area, no worrying about if our car will get broken into in the parking lot while we shop, or get mugged on the way in and out, which is getting so much harder to avoid in Bakersfield now…from the moment we walked in we were very impressed, and after allowing the opportunity to walk in and look around for a good amount of time, their sales consultant Adam Levin approached us to ensure that we were welcomed in, and very politely asked is there was anything he could help us with…very impressed with how we were not pounced on right when we walked in the door! We could tell from beginning to end that Adam was extremely knowledgeable, and wow was he so very patient with my wife especially! He took the time to show us all of our options for a new washer and dryer, explained all of the features and benefits to the brands that we were interested in, and made sure he was making time to ensure what he was explaining was not only understood clearly before moving on, but was also well fit around our specific needs and wants…the process was just fantastic!
They not only had what we were looking for, but they had plenty of availability of products, great prices compared to all the other businesses we shopped prior to going there, and as stated earlier what we believe was a much more elite and professional experience with Adam and the staff there. Everyone was so welcoming, professional, and kind, and asked us multiple times if there was anything we needed when just walking by, and even the manager took the time to come by and keep us company while Adam was checking inventory and pricing for us. Very few places anywhere provide that type of next level experience! Adam found us exactly what my wife wanted, and got us set up with some great 0% financing, and we’re getting it delivered and installed in less than 2 days!! Read moreOur purchase experience with Urner’s has been, for lack of a better term, a nightmare. My wife and I purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer for our new home, and three months in, the washer quit on us. We contacted Urner’s in order to figure out the next steps and were told to contact Whirlpool, which we did. A technician was sent out, got the machine running for a week, and then it quit again. The technician has been out four times, not including the times he had to inspect to determine the parts he needed. This has been going on for months. I have contacted Urner’s repeatedly for help in this situation, but it is always the same thing, we need four completed service calls (by the way, not every service call counts as a “completed service call”). I understand that Urner’s is trying to make sure they get their money for the machine, which is why we have to endure this process, but we are a family of five with two toddlers and an infant, and we need a working washing machine. Urner’s should take some responsibility for the defective machine they sold us, which is obviously a lemon. By the way, don’t take any consolation with the lemon policy on their website, it drags on much longer than four service calls. As of now, we will not be purchasing from Urner’s again, and would recommend a business that cares a bit more for their customers. I gave two stars because their salesmen are prompt to assist and kind, the company just doesn’t support their customers after they make a sale.

UPDATE: It's all too good to be true, as usual! Delivery is NOT 3 and a half weeks. You'll prob hear that 16 times before finalizing purchase, but don't believe it. Don't believe if they tell u their guys will move out the old furniture also, because the day of delivery you'll receive a wonderful text ensuring you the DO NOT REMOVE THE OLD FURNITURE The day of delivery, they'll also provide u with this convenient little tracker that shows u total stops prior to u and estimated time they'll arrive at your home, don't be fooled! Don't leave your job and rush home until they literally call u because you'll damn near lose your job waiting for this arrival and see the tracker time increase every 10 min! They try to shove through wherever they can as fast as they can in a small amount of time. Poor drivers are underpaid and expected to make miracles from the lies these service reps make. Drivers and delivery guys are awesome but I feel bad they work for this company! Did I mention my custom pillow promised to be pattern on one side and solid match to couch color and material on the otherside were TOTALLY WRONG, they were all pattern and not as much as a return call after informing them of this, so date!
