I work in a professional office nearby and stopped in on my lunch hour hoping to find either professional or casual dresses. I found 2 dresses, but pressed for time, inquired of the sales clerk about the return policy so I could be on my way and try the dresses on at home. One fit nicely, the other did not.When I returned to the store to return the dress, I was told they didn’t accept returns. I wouldn’t have purchased anything had I been told this when I asked. I was supposed to receive an e mail store credit and have not. The store stocks limited sizes and it will unlikely for me to find anything to exchange for. If only exchange or store credit allowed, the sales clerks should not communicate otherwise to customers.I specifically asked and made purchases accordingly. Maybe the best I can do is go back for the dress or pick from whatever they have even if it doesn’t fit using the store credit e mail that I never received/ don’t have and then donate it.
