TOURIST TRAP! (Revised based of owner response) I leave a lot reviews for many restaurants and businesses across the country. Level 6 tourist guide from Google. I recently visited the Burger Bus and let me tell you. The restaurant is ran terribly, totally disorganized and understaffed. We waited over 40 mins for this discussing food, I’m so disappointed! The food was so horrible my wife could not even finish her burger, tasted something crunchy in her burger!!!. She felt sick, the burgers were mush, sloppy and runny. Too much cheese! It is a tourist trap. Don’t fall for it. I will not be returning ever again. Save yourself the expense and just eat McDonald’s. By no means Am I advocating for MD. Just better quality and that is sad!

Edit based off owner response* You only have 300 reviews FYI. But when the food is prepared too fast, sloppy and wrong, the results are bad for the consumer. I mostly leave positive reviews, but this experience needs to be posted. Why did I not notify the manager? After almost an hour wait, which was NOT disclosed when ordering at the window and my wife feeling sick after the crunchy bulb in her burger, I was ready just to leave. Plus you guys were so packed out the door with people, couldn’t move inside much less get attention from anyone behind the counter. There are some issues here....You are the “owner” perhaps own the problem, perhaps you should be there and ask people their experience. Yes I have had better burgers at fast food establishments, oh by the way the cheese you are using is so full of yellow dye #6 it should have just caught fire from all the petroleum in it. Terrible experience. Took an hour to make a burger, hotdog, and onion rings. Staff kept lying said they were “working on it” as we stood there watching them make orders for people that ordered after us. Took about 5 minutes after we heard them finally call out the order to start making it. After all that the order was wrong. Staff made no attempt to make it right with us. Freaking ridiculous. Won’t eat there again. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

Response to the owner: So sounds like you're basically saying I’m lying if you’re telling me your longest ticket today was 20 minutes. Absolutely not true. If you were there all day then you must have seen me, my brother and my niece all waiting by the exit door next to the drink station for quite a while. My receipt showed I ordered at 2:34pm and we were there until nearly 3:30 before we got our food. One of your employees kept telling us “Sorry guys we’re working on it” when they hadn’t even started it (as I heard the lady call out our order to the cooks about 20 minutes after he said that). Also your guy taking peoples order after we had been waiting 40+ minutes was telling people they were behind and it would be longer than 30 minutes for their food, so I don’t know how you can claim the longest ticket was 20 minutes. If you send me an email address I’ll send you a picture of the receipt. It’s pretty ridiculous it took that long, but even more ridiculous that now you’re trying to tell me what I’m saying happened didn’t happen, because after all you were there right? Don’t worry about trying to make it right at this point, not giving y’all...

@webe.cookin was in town not long ago and when he said he was around the Ball Ground area, I thought "now is my chance to FINALLY eat @bgburgerbus !!" I had the ROYAL MOUNTIE (burger topped with shaved smoked Canadian bacon, Swiss cheese, pickles, grilled onions and yellow mustard) while webecookin had the DAD'S ON DEATH ROW (burger with cheddar cheese, fried egg, fried grits, bacon and maple syrup). My burger was PERFECT with an amazing/solid bun and a tasty shaved Canadian bacon that was spot on. Webecookin also enjoyed their burger but he did wish the burger patty was a bit thicker, I thought it was just fine when you consider everything else on the burger. I had their tater tots which were great but their french fries stole the show... Perfectly fried. Out of curiosity we ordered their MAMOO DOG which is a deep fried hot dog with pimento cheese and bacon on a pretzel bun. Yes this hot dog was great, however, next time I'm there I'll probably order just a regular hot dog because the flavor on that deep fried hot dog is what impressed us most!! The food came out quick and the server was very polite and friendly.

The whole environment is very cool as you can choose to sit inside their bus or you can sit outside. The bus is VERY cool though and I suggest eating in there if there is space.

I've been wanting to check out the Ball Ground Burger Bus for YEARS... I can finally knock this one out of my list!!
