Absolutely LOVED my time here today. I'm new to South Baltimore and wanted to find a good nail place near me. My mom was visiting from out of town and I wanted to give this place a try. The wonderful women working there knocked it out of the park. They were both very friendly and personable, asked questions about our lifes and overall just gave us a very warm and welcoming environment to chat and laugh. My mom recently had shoulder surgery so had a hard time moving her arm around for the manicure, so the woman doing her nails brought out a mini UV light to spot-shine on her nails without her having to move her hand in and out of the normal UV light container. She was so accommodating and made sure my mom was comfortable. Our nails turned out FABULOUS and I could not be happier with the service for the great price!! Anyone rating less than 5 stars is crazy. I will be back here...

I had a good experience with threading; she was quick and good. However, I received terrible customer service and will not be going back. I went on a Monday and had to wait about 25 minutes, which was totally fine since I didn't have an appointment. As my pedicure was getting started, the owner realized two women who came in had noon appointments and there were only two staffers there. So I was asked if I could downgrade my pedicure so they could get to the other women. Um, no! The whole purpose of my visit was for a massage.with my pedicure. So I just decided to leave The owner barely apologized and didn't offer to take me another time or maybe give a gift card for another time If she had told me when I had gone in that there were appointments, I would have left and gone elsewhere. Not worth the price for the work and after the pedicure my feet are still hurting as well as the French pedicure was not done neatly. The lady seemed frustrated after I showed a picture of what it should look like and the other lady came to assist at that point. They began to speak in their language and the other lady took over for the painting and then the other one came back to finish. She asked was it ok at that point I said it’s fine because clearly they were not able to do it properly and I was ready for them to be done. Then to charge $90 for it. I don’t mind paying for a service but the work should match the price.
