Mikie`s Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Baltimore

The first time I ordered from here, the food was A M A Z I N G. Between the cheese pizza, to the cheese steak sub, to the western fries, to the cheesecake, everything was top tier. The second time my mother and I had separate orders. My order was their steak specialty pizza and a cheese steak sub. My mother's order was a meatball Parmesan sub with 2 orders of western fries. I was pleased with my order but my mother didn't like any of her food. The meatballs on the sub were small, there wasn't enough marinara sauce and the aluminum foil the sub was wrapped in, was stuck to the cheese. Her fries looked like leftovers, they were dry and some of the edges were burnt but considering our order came to $62 she wasn't going to waste the food. I don't know if our food wasn't as good as the first time because we ordered early in the afternoon versus our first order which was placed at night but hopefully that was just...

Ok this was the first time I ordered from here and where should should I start... ok we got pizza, wings and breadsticks. The breadsticks were harder then a 2pac album I think I chipped my tooth matter of fact I know I chipped my tooth on these bad boys!! The pizza was colder then Tom Brady’s underwear in a playoff game in New England no lie! The wings were supposed to be buffalo flavored but they should have been called I cannot believe it’s not butter wings and they were Drier than the desert!! I put pictures in here so you can see!! I will never spend a dime here again they are straight trash I mean it. But I will say this it came fast though so they must know a secret on how to burn stuff faster then it should cook.. I wouldnt suggest ordering. I ordered through grubhub. The "restaurant" is about 15/20 min from me. I know because I drive that way three times a week.

A woman called me 10 min later and cancelled the order . They said I have to call GH and ask for the refund. I called her back when that wouldnt work and she just answered the phone like it was her house. I actually had to ask if it was a restaurant. IDK maybe it is. But she said they would call Grib Hub. My order is still showing in process and not canceled.

Frustrating and such poor customer servic . I wouldnt order from here just given the extreme lack of professionalism...
