I went to the nail salon at 630 on Saturday for a fullset and pedicure. After the pedicure Mike put my socks on so once i got homes i felt something on my toe & it was the polish on my big too peeling up. I returned on Saturday and Mike fixed it . Tuesday my nails felt very week and on the verge to poppin off. After examining my nails i realized none of the tips were sized appropriately. By Wednesday (holiday)2 nails had come off. I worked Thursday but called the salon and spoke to the guy who I believe is the manager and he told me i needed to come in. When I came in on Friday, Mike took one look at my nails and begins to fix them saying that it was late on Saturday and he did them up. He drilled them down and proceeded to fix the nails. He did not take the tips off, just reapplied the acrylic and doing so he created grooves on several of my nails and even filed down into my nail bed and made me bleed. He then pulled out some type of Oil I’m assuming they use when this happens and apply directly on my finger where I’m bleeding at which is completely unsanitary. I was extremely grossed out and even more annoying as he tried to place over the open area paid an additional $25 to have a deep French done, and was unable to get that because the person was not there. Here we are on Monday approximately two days after the polish is peeling up. My finger still hurts and one nail is completely off. I’ve been getting my nails done for many years, I do not believe the issue is the polish , a layer of the polish coming up and all of the polish is more technique. I don’t know how my fingernail is gonna bleed, but it does seem to be healing. Mike was very nice, however between the polishing the sizing of the tips and literally drilling into my finger. I will highly recommend him to anyone. The place is nice on the inside, but even as the guy who mentioned before who runs the place and he said how many was broken and I said I’m the one who called you yesterday. He was more interested the nails being broken and not so much in the poor quality of the set. I won’t blame him because he was probably just giving professional courtesy to Mike but I am beyond irritated. I paid $80 not including the tip for my nails and intern come back two times now. Read moreI wanna to give this shop a try after one of my co worker went and said they do a great job let just started when I arrived when I walked in I didn't know who was working or who was on break I was Greeted by a young lady which was swing in one of the chair and I thought it was someone kid nevertheless she's asked can she's help me I was taking back but I told her which services I need and she's told me it would be a min and was just that a min she's told me to go to the pedicure chairs I had to just used my thinking cap on who I was pair with no hi or nothing I said okay maybe she's having a badz day as soon as Leena started on my feet it felt like she's was trying take the day she's was having out on my feet I had to tell her more than once she's was hurting me she was like okay yyyy i should've gotten up from there but I was no I'm ride it out saying to myself she's might doesn't want to do feet today oh welp no tip for her I also wanna a fill-in and lenna was the one who did all of my services while blowing underneath her breath liked she's didn't want to do her job or I was asking for too much I must say she's did a better job on my hand even with a few nips here and there and I was like I might do tip after all but at her station it said tips should be paid in cash and I didn't have cash and I was going asked about leaving a tip on card but that when things turn from okay to liked I never coming back here after toes,nails,brows she's made a comment like I wanna to much I'm sorry but I thought this was a business that wanna my money I was about to react to her comment but nope at checking out Ig maybe the young lady that was working the register was new or she's wanna to make sure I paid for every service that I got after telling me my total I processed to pay and she's asked did I wanna to leave a tip I said he'll naw because apparently she's didn't want to work today or maybe I was asking for to much I will never return $140 later I left with sore fingers and toes and missing polish from...
Read moreI went in to get gel soak off and a basic manicure . I had to tell Maria to lower the speed of the drill because my nail beds were burning one and she nicked the sides of my fingers a couple times removing the gel . She attempted to use the same water she had the acetone baggie soaking in for my manicure . I requested fresh water . She tells me there is nothing wrong with the water . I requested warm soapy water for the third time and asked her where was the cuticle remover for my manicure . She told me the water was fine and she didn’t have cuticle remover she was going to use the nail drill for my cuticles . I advised Maria that I want the standard basic manicure and I don’t want the drill or cold water . She sucked her teeth and mumbled profanity in Spanish . I said I don’t buy and beg and I don’t want you to continue on my nails . When I went I complain to the front desk clerk , then she went to get the soapy warm water I requested . When I refused and ask for someone else she proceeded to curse me out and speak nasty to me in English . I told her I am not new here I am a paying repeated customer who knows what I should be getting and how to be treated . She proceeded to talk about me I Spanish to three ladies that were sitting in the pedicure area . I told Maria that was very unprofessional to be rude and nasty . The front desk clerk went to two other employees to complete my service . Zoila and Diana both refused said my manicure was a waste to their time and not worth the money . Maria was still mouthing off yelling and laughing when they refused to do my nails . The owner wasn’t there and this allowed this type of behavior to occur . It’s a different atmosphere when he is there . I had to go to another business to complete my service . There need to be some type of training in place of how to treat paying customers and when to keep your mouth shut because what Maria didn’t know is that I know Spanish ....
