I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I stopped by Taco Bell to grab a drink, knowing they open at 9 AM. When I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:05, I saw a gentleman cleaning, so I assumed they were open. After waiting for a bit with no response, I asked him if they were open, and he said yes and told me to go inside.
When I walked in (the doors were unlocked), the cashier—who was very nice—told me that no one had come in yet to start opening. I mentioned I just wanted a drink, and she explained that the manager hadn’t unlocked anything yet but that I was welcome to wait. I had time to kill, so I didn’t mind.
A little while later, the manager finally arrived, but instead of a simple greeting, she immediately snapped, “Can I help you?” I politely responded that I was just waiting for a drink. She curtly replied, “We’re not open yet.” I said that was fine and asked if I could wait, but she ignored me and walked away.
A few minutes later, the gentleman who had been outside approached me and said, “The manager says you have to leave, or we’re calling the cops.” At this point, it was already 9:30 AM—the store should have been open. Confused, I asked what was going on, but he just repeated that the manager wanted me to leave.
The situation could have been handled much better. A simple, “Hey, we’re running late today, do you mind coming back in a bit?” would have been completely fine. Instead, I was threatened for no reason. Because of this experience, I won’t be...
Read moreMy experience was horrible. When I walked in, there were two people at the counter waiting for their food, and there was a family sitting down. So I went to the kiosk to order my food. I spent $52.00 dollars & my time stamp on my receipt was 11:16 a.m. There were two employees in the store. I sat for about ten minutes and then realized it was only one employee working behind the counter, his main focus was the drive thur. I understand that's the priority. However, there is something called multitasking. He could've made a taco or two in-between the drive-thru orders, but that's too much like right. He simply annoyed the lobby. An employee came over from KFC to assist. The young man was very efficient, but after he left, the service went to hell. Two Taco Bell employees came in within a few minutes of each other and once again back to square one, pushing out drive-thru orders. The last part of my order was nacho fries, which took over 15 minutes. I didn't leave until 12 p.m. I will not be back! Yes, the location is close to my home, but I will drive out of my way to avoid this place. There is no excuse not to communicate, a simple "I'm by my self," you may have to wait or there another location on such & such street. Geez,...
Read moreOn Feb 7th, I placed an order for pick up and had someone pick it up and bring it to me and my son staying at Sinai hospital. The order was missing items and everything else but one thing was made incorrectly. I spent $39 and change on this food. I’m still fighting to get my refund.
On Mar 8th, we tried ordering again and the order was all made incorrectly and I’m still fighting for the $17 and change refund.
The store says they can’t help me because it was placed through the app and I have to call customer service or go online to submit the request, which I’ve done several times and still nothing to this day. I’ve had cust svc reps tell me that they don’t even see where a previous rep logged anything, reps who have a flat out nasty attitude and reps who’ve hung up on me. As I write this I’m on hold with cust svc after being hung up on by a previous rep because I was asking questions and she was trying to hurry up and get me off of the phone. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
It would be nice if the manager of this location would get involved and...
