First of all, the woman in the Drive-Thru on Thursday the 13th of March in the evening needs some retraining. First she acted like she couldn't understand what I was saying through the intercom and then said just pull around to the window. I couldn't tell if she was being flippant or not so I kept my cool. Upon getting to the window she asked me what I was trying to order I explained I would like to substitute the vegetables on the original chicken sandwich for cheese which honestly should be an option she informed me that cheese would be a dollar of charge. I acquiesced and pay the dollar for the cheese and told her I have additional items to order. Wish included a Hershey pie. And four chocolate chip cookies. As well as a medium drink to go with my original chicken sandwich to get the two for five and I wanted my drink to be a mixture of Sprite and fruit punch. She then had me pull up to wait for my order. I had to wait while others were being served. She comes out hands me a bag and drink. I immediately noticed that they drink is not what I ordered because it's completely clear and I am debating whether or not to make a big deal of it or just keep it. But then when I open the bag I know this is not my order at all, it's a Big Mac and french fries. Also it had my cookies in there. So I took my cookies out and took the rest of the food got out of my car wish I had to maneuver because I was too close to a railing. I had to walk back to the drive-thru and try to get her attention over a vehicle because the other door was locked and out only. She tried to act like she was bothered when I told her that she gave me the wrong order and she had the nerve to try and tell me I'm just going to have to do something whatever she said and I said no you're just going to have to get my order right.. then I had to wait until all these customers went through the drive-thru and got served before she could attend to my issue. And she did it with a attitude because I can see her fussing inside. She took my bag without taking the drink. And so I had to honk my horn and another guy came out from the back and I told him about the drink and he apologized and remade my drink. I don't think I ever got an actual apology from her. She finally gives me my food. She pushed my cold pie in the same bag as my hot stuff. She also puts the french fries in the bag which I never ordered I don't want you thinking french fries and I hope she didn't charge me for them but I'll never know because the receipt she gave me was illegible. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to her unprofessional behavior. She spoke with a sassy tone, appeared impatient, and rushed me while I was placing an order for five people. As a result, she got my order wrong, and when I questioned my receipt, she continued to display attitude and was overheard gossiping with colleagues in the background.
As a regular customer and member of the community, I expect a higher standard of service. I would appreciate it if the leadership team could address this behavior with the staff working during that shift to ensure a more professional and respectful experience for all customers.
