Bandon Chamber of Commerce — Local services in Bandon

Whatever you do, don't call them. I called to ask about the "10,000 Lights festival" because I was having trouble finding information on it, on their website. I was just inquiring about if it was indeed happening and what sort of events would be happening in it to see if it would be a fun place for the family. The lady who answered was the most unfriendly and unhelpful person. At first she started giving me information on the wrong event. After correcting her on what I was calling about she said that she had no information on it and I should just check their website. Which led me back to square one. I got no info and she had terrible service and sounded annoyed and unfriendly. FYI...if your a visitor center you might not want to scare off...

Very disappointing experience. As we walked in, the woman working there was chatting with another local woman and never acknowledged us or the other couple that had walked in just ahead of us. We had some questions about the area since we very seldom visit the area. The women continued gossiping and started whispering. That's when I told my husband we were leaving and the other couple left also. We were never even spoken to. Very rude! The only reason for the 2 stars is because they seemed to have alot...

This CoC works very hard for the benefit of Bandon business. Their website is a valuable resource and their lovely office is a treasure trove of relevant information and friendly locals who really know their way around.
