If I could leave none I would. My partner and I went here a couple weeks back and the experience was less than satisfactory.
To start off when we initially asked for engagement rings, Yola, the person we worked with didn't even ask for true preferences on the rings and went straight to the most expensive ones. Though great pieces; it seemed really inconsiderate to not even ask for a price range or even a preference in look. Once I did speak up and state that we weren't looking for quite what Yola was showing us. We got the "well we are a fine jewelry establishment and moisonite has no value." Again, without asking for any sort of preference. Just seemingly upset that she wouldn't get her nice commission from the $3,000+ rings that she wanted to sell us. To say that a piece of jewelry has no value simply because of monetary value is just crappy, and inconsiderate to the couple wanting to buy something from you for THIER special moment. After Yola asked what we wanted which was gemstones for the ring. We got a sarcastic, "oh so you're nontraditional?" And got passed along to a lady named Sam who was AWESOME. Sam asked us what our preferences in look was immediately, and listened to what we wanted. Seemingly making up for her coworkers downfalls unfortunately.
To put the cherry on top after everything was said and done Yola walks over to me with a financing pamphlet with a sarcastic "just in case." Assuming that our choices meant that we were just unable to afford what we were looking for. Pretty insulting if you ask me. Didn't even ask our names until the end as well.

Update:Oct 2 2024.We paid and ordered my ring and also needed it to be sized.It was sent out immediately for this to be done which we received an email with pictures and was very happy that it was shipped so quickly and on our receipt it said that it should be ready for pickup Sept 22 2024.So on the 23rd of september my husband had called to find out where the ring is at and nobody knew including the people that had the ring to size it.We had absolutely no updates as it was my husband that has been calling to find out whats going on.The young lady named same was great once she was on it looking for it and the ladies the day we bought it were great as well but no communication with us unless my husband called them and today we finally get a message stating its ready to be picked up and to pick it up by September 22 2024! Well its kinda late for that pick up date.I am just wondering if this is how they operate with such expensive items that there is no communications with the customer during the sizing process ? Considering that they sent it to someone in ohio who then couldnt find my ring.This after having so many problems with the birch run store.We were trying to give Zales anither chance but I am not so sure I would spend our money...
   Read moreMe and my husband went in to look at rings and found the one we wanted, we ended up doing monthly payments to get our credit up, ring kept breaking, one week before my wedding it broke again we sent it to the jeweler and he broke it so bad it was able to be repaired, zales said I could pick out a new ring but it wasn’t allowed to be less in price of my other ring and they had nothing in store that was the same price so I got an expensive ring, just payed it off 4 months ago. Been getting calls from there banking system saying I haven’t paid in full but when I went to zales to do all my payments they said everything was paid off, this place is actual trash the customer service is horrible. Whenever we call to get this issue fix they say there is nothing they can do about it, we’ve even paid the “pass due” amount then a month later I’m getting the call again from there banking system and once again zales says just to pay it.
