Felt that it was time we splurged on a new Livingroom sofa and chair over a year ago. Ordered it in December 2017 and it was delivered in March. The set is made by Klassner in North Carolina. At first the set was fine but eventually the cushions started to sag. The set was not so comfortable to sit on. We called the store and they sent the service manager to our home. He found that the foam used in the furniture was not firm enough. More foam was ordered and placed in the furniture but only making it marginally better. The service manager and store manager made the decision to work on the furniture at the store. The foam was removed, new foam, more dense than the original and webbing was installed. Voila! Ordered a bed frame. Was quoted 6-8 weeks for delivery. At the end of week 8, called them asking where it was and was quoted another 4 weeks for delivery. Doesn't seem like they were planning on letting me know. We'll see if I have a bed frame by Christmas.

Because it there was no mention that any company had fallen behind on manufacturing, simply that my footboard was still another month out. But regardless, this delay was only mentioned to me after I took the initiative to reach out and see where my bedframe was. We've bought a few pieces from here in the past, including dressers we had them stain. The products are very nice. We had a few issues getting a piece of furniture ordered in January. With the pandemic and everything else going on, we still hadn't received it. I appreciate how much Jeremy and Justin were willing to work with us. While we ended up with a different piece of furniture, they were able to rectify the situation, even though a lot of the issues were out of their hands.
