i sold a s9 to them a few months back and got a tv it worked good till it fell off my stand and screen broke. today i was trying to go there to buy another tv from them but the door locked with open sign on and saying call phone number if you need something but it go to voice mail. i have little money but have stuff to do and cant do it because they want to be locked when they say " open" when there not. im thinking of calling the BBB and let them take...

very rude. i feel they need to learn how to politely decline items (i’ve seen a few reviews on how rude these ppl are) instead of getting snippy and pretty much yelling at me that the price i had asked and had listed this item on facebook for was too high.
