I have brought my old sewing machine that I received for my high school graduation 60 years ago to Ardyth's for maintenance several times over these years. Each time everyone has been soo welcoming , professional, and helpful. In addition my machine continues to work beautifully even with hard use!
I gave my granddaughter a Baby Lock and am teaching her to sew. First I needed lessons myself! Michelle at Ardyth's is an amazing teacher!! I learned sooo much in less than an hour!! If my granddaughter and I didn't live far away we would both come for more lessons as well as other classes offered. In visiting to have the Baby Lock machine serviced Michelle graciously helped me with more questions I had in how to use the Baby Lock. I can't recommend Ardyth's, their repair service. I primarily use Brother machines, they've been more reliable than any other machine I have owned. But whenever I go in for maintenance I'm pushed that I should go with janome and singer. If I'd asked for opinions on machines I would not kind this, but as I am happy with mine I find this to be rude and quite...
