This place is awful. My wife and I went in there because of an ad we saw on Facebook for $200 off a new phone when you upgrade. We got there and asked about the ad we saw. Our salesperson told us the $200 off was for accessories only and had to be used that day. (That's the same promo we got on our last phones back in spring of 2017.)
So we went through the whole process and were there for a couple of hours. Upon arriving back home I went back to the ad I saw on Facebook for the $200 off and started reading some of the comments. US Cellular representatives were replying to people who were asking questions about how they could use the $200. COME TO FIND OUT YOU CAN USE THE MONEY TOWARDS THE NEW PHONES THEMSELVES OR TOWARDS YOUR BILL. We specifically asked them this when we first got there and they said no it had to be on accessories. Feels great being lied to straight to your face!
Needless to say we took all of the accesories back and got a credit for most of it. We had screen protectors put on (that we didnt even really want in the first place but had to spend the money on something) and the store manager informed us there was nothing they could do about that because the screen protectors were already installed on the phones. So you're telling me that your salesperson straight up lies to us and then we are just supposed to eat the cost of the $100 for 2 screen protectors. GIVE ME A BREAK!!
The best part about all this is we used that same special for our last phones and were told then too it had to be used on accessories. So we were flat out lied to twice and AND had to pay them another $80 when we got our new phones to pay off the old ones. They should have been paid for months ago already!!
If you use this place for cell service, make sure you do your homework before going in there!! Needless to say we will never be going back. I just can't fathom trying to screw over people who have been customers for 14 years. Very sneaky! And I hope it...

I'll actually go out of my way to make sure someone I know doesn't go there, because First of all, Anne W, sold me a moto E6 phone case while holding my moto E 2020. While I should've noticed that it wasnt the right case, she DEFINITELY should have noticed that it was not the correct case, that is her job, and beyond that she also should have allowed my return that I tried to do less than 10 minutes later. She did not, and she even took the lead in sales accessories because of this sale, which is grossly unprofessional. Furthermore, 15 days later, the next available day I had available to come to this exact location, I had been greeted by Josh, while Anne was behind the counter, he gladly showed me the correct product upsale, even removing the OtterBox case from the package; however, once I mentioned just getting a return he suddenly had a problem with the packaging damage of which is minimal considering it was bought off of a clearance rack to begin with, and the fact that I had wanted to return it within the first 10 minutes of buying it. THEN he actually had the nerve to say that "with manager approval it could still be returned.", so I asked if he could call the manager, but with immediate refusal he went, and continued to say that today is the last maintaining a sale. Read moreI bought a used Apple iPhone on the Internet and I was very impressed how US cellular and Baraboo took care of all of my needs. When I walked in the store and explained my situation I began by helping me with downloading all of my information from my old Apple. But that wasn’t easy I couldn’t remember my passwords so I had to go back and call Apple itself and start over then I had to go back to the store and start over with them they spent a lot of time helping me sort things out getting things in order and getting my phone working and back on a US cellular plan . I was also very impressed that they mentioned to me since it was a US cellular phone I could cover it with insurance some thing I didn’t think that I was allowed to do since I wasn’t the original owner I am happy that my phone is fully covered now for any of my little to big mishaps that I may have .
