To be fair with this review, all the food I has tasted excellent, but... So I went through the drive thru and ordered the 3 chick strip $7 meal deal. I asked the woman at the DT for a buffalo ranch dipping sauce after she listed all the sauces available. The bill came to $7.38 and I agreed to round up to $8 for the charity they were supporting. When I got to the window I handed her a $20 and she told me my bill was $10 something. I told her I thought the bill was $8 and then she realized the $10 was for the previous car and gave me $12 in change. Then she gave me my drink and a bag with my meal in it and I dove off. Silly me...
Once I got on the road, I wondered if there were any napkins in the bag (This should be a manditory prerequsite for any drive thru order!), there was not. Then I opened the box. The food was thrown in the box and looked like it was already on a long, rough trip, but as I said initially all the food was very tasty. I grabbed a chicken strip and looked for the dipping sauce I order. No dipping sauce even though the woman who took my order had listed every sauce flavor before I ordered the buffalo ranch sauce. Oh well, I thought, I'll just eat the chicken strips without sauce. The biscuit and the danish's were all good, but I would have appreciated some buttor or honey for the biscuit. The last thing in the box was a container of mashed potatoes and gravy. KFC always has had great MP&G. I took out the container and looked around in the bag and box, NO Plasticware! OMG!
I was not going to go back to the KFC, but I thought maybe I could help the next guy so I looked up the number and called. The woman that working the drive thru ansered the phone (I could tell by her voice). I explained the missing napkins, dipping sauce and plasticware and as I was finishing telling her the story SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!
Now I know that it appears to be hard these days to find labor, but to hang up on a customer is inexcusable. The woman working the drive thru and the KFC store manager both need to be trained in customer service, quality control and common sense. All orders should include napkins! Read moreWe stopped in at 2:19 pm. Every table was dirty. A gentlemen with his grandchild was there with his wife. He laughed when he seen me looking at the tables and handed me a bunch of napkins to wipe the seats and table. He went to check on his food 3 times while we were there. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for ours. Asked for a refund because I had to get to work. No refunds. Our food was not even hot when we got it. I could tell the person working the register was having a hard day and she said 1 hour left. She was on the verge of being hostile when we asked for a refund. I did not approach her in that manner. She said I told you both that it was going to be a 30 minute wait. She did not. I do feel bad for her because she is a front line employee and can not control the kitchen. We did get our food and had to request for it to be to go. Upon getting in the car the food was not hot. No napkins or sauce for our chicken tenders. Another gentlemen came in to order with a young girl. When he heard the way she spoke to us he left. He said I do not have time for that. I have things to do. When walking out he said it was uncalled for. He said she should have not been so rude. I am a Frontline employee so I understand where she is coming from. I understand but something needs to change with management or something. I feel bad for writing this review but I felt I should so hopefully something can change? Read moreWorst service ever! been there exactly 2 times since the new opening ,and both times service was horrendous, first time ordered cost me 75 dollars and received wrong food and looked at price online which said meal was considerably cheaper .Then when got there to get food was told it would be 75 $ instead of the 55$.was VERY UNHAPPY. NOW TODAY I go back for the second time order the 6 piece meal in original, Sit at the windows after paying for 20min.then one car ahead of me gets thier food after waiting for long time as well then after another 8min the car behind me gets thier meal and then another behind them ,then car in front of me gets his.So here I'm still waiting for mine after 35min And I'm only on an hour break from work So man who works there asks me what I ordered I tell him and he says they are out of original receipt would I like something else and they would throw in an extra biscuit lol.dosent say how long it would be to wait for the original chicken so after waiting another 5 min I call and tell them would like my money back cuz I need to go back to work so they tell me to come in for my refund which takes another 10min .they asked me to sign a complaint book and that the next time I come I get a free meal .I by then was being a real KAREN .and declined told them would never come back .And I will not. two strikes there out.I think some new management and better training...
