I don’t normally give reviews. However I am hopeful this can come as a training moment to make the service better. Communication would be amazing.

The staff on June 7, 2025 are exhausted. However they have found themselves in a cycle of being behind and then drive offs and etc. it has now been over 40 minutes waiting for a burger.

If this had been communicated at the speaker, we would have continued on the way to find else where. Even at payout we would have decided to say thanks any way and let them get caught up.

Letting the customer be able to make a decision based on the facts would lead for a better customer retention. While it would have been a little disappointing, but not like being 40 minutes now. And we will be late for an appointment without being able to get a refund also because of how delayed they are.

Food is being delivered to the wrong people. It is a hot mess. I feel bad for them. And also. This...

Have been there a couple times in the last few months. Each time was the same, achingly slow and mediocre food. The first time took 30 minutes to get our order. The next time was 25 minutes. It seemed to me that their focus was on the drive through, virtually ignoring their customers inside. If the line is slow, maybe make a sign saying that there might be a wait for your order. Instead, people continually had to go to the counter to inquire about their order, including myself.

Went to look for some ketchup but there was nothing out and visible. I had to go to the counter to ask for some . . . seriously?

They did have a sign saying something about "No Refunds". I guess that should have been a clue right there.

We will not be going back and suggest everyone else go somewhere else. This place used to be good, but those days...

Second visit since they reopened. First visit burgers were a little substandard but reopening, give another chance. Went Sat night July 20th about 6pm. Visited the restroom and an employee came in with red KFC shirt, apron did his business and just walked out back to kitchen, no hand wash. Should have asked for money back then. Sat by window next to drive up and waited 25 min for our food. At least a dozen vehicles got service while we just sat there. Our food came when i had then went to counter to ask for money back. Again food substandard after extreme poor service, no hand washing and no ice.
