I have nothing but great things to say about Gisele and her team. Gisele has been my family's hairstylist for I guess a little over 10 years now- my mother, aunt and sister also get their hair done by her. She has actually become a wonderful and dear friend! I can say with much certainty she is professional, accommodating, trustworthy, attentive to details, punctual and super quick which is the best part of the salon experience for me. I mean, don't get me wrong. Just because she's quick doesn't mean she does a careless job... it's quite the contrary! I have no complaints and I always give out referrals. She has worked so hard and tirelessly to get to where she is today and she is deserving of every minute of it! Actually, to this day she still works hard. I think she has come so far professionally from back when we met to now, and there's always more room to grow... that's what she always tells me. She's always learning because she absolutely loves her work and she wants to be the best she can be for her clients, because as she puts it... they all deserve it!

I've been coming to this salon for many years; it has been part of my life, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and it truly feels like family! Gisele has been my hairdresser for so long; she is fantastic and talented. She always does an excellent job, knowing exactly what my hair needs, including the right products and whether it's healthy or not. Alexa at the front desk is consistently friendly and welcoming. Additionally, Shenya and Glaucia are both excellent stylists who further enhance the atmosphere. Jacqueline, the manicure specialist, is the best- so detailed and caring. And it's so special to see Lyla now working there, since I've known her since she was little. Every visit is a great experience, combining brilliant service, laughter, genuine care, and professionalism with warm people and a place I can always trust. Karen does my boyfriend and I’s brows, and she always does an amazing job! Best on the Cape. Glaucia does my hair and she’s so sweet and does an incredible job! They’re both mind readers! They get your vibe and know how to give you exactly what you ask for! Highly recommend going here if you’re new to the Cape, to save yourself the heart ache of going somewhere else. The facility is so clean, and well put together, and the receptionist is always super accommodating and nice. There’s a been a couple times when we were 5-10 minutes late because we drive there from Wellfleet, and traffic can be unpredictable, but she never makes us feel rushed or inconvenient.
