Stayed at Cape Cod Harbor House Inn for 4 nights with family members. Perfect location in Hyannis. Easy 5 minute walk to Main Street as well as overlooking the harbor (great view) with easy access to several restaurants such as the Black Cat (highly recommend). The rooms were spotless. As with virtually all the hotels on The Cape, this is an "old school" property which gives it some character. What separates this property from the others is Raj, the owner. Super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. For example, Raj gave us several recommendations on restaurant choices which were spot on. He gave me a call on my cell phone one evening to ask if I needed anything or had any questions before he closed the front desk for the evening. After we checked out and were driving to the Providence airport, one of my family members realized they left their cell phone in the room. We did not have time to return and still make the flight home. Raj went to the FedEx store and overnighted the phone to us. Bottomline, I will be staying at the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn on my next trip...
Read moreWe spent three nights at the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn the last week of July. Raj the owner reached out prior to our visit on email to see if we had any questions and when we were late arriving on the day of arrival, he reached out again to make sure we were ok and if we needed directions. We stayed in a King Suite which was more than enough space, had cold A/C with plenty of chairs, good wifi and a small fridge. Raj was more than accommodating, he would call you by name when he would see you and we often saw him on the property walking around. The hotel is right at the Steamship Authority Dock and the Hy-Line and a few blocks from Main Street. The hotel may look dated but Raj has upgraded it where needed. Our stay was a subtle throwback to simpler times when a hotel proprietor knew your name and you were not just a number and a reservation. You can tell Raj takes a lot of pride in his property and it shows in his sincerity to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We will be back next year when we...
