I went to Cape Cod Jewelers looking for a cape cod double ball bracelet to add to my girlfriend’s collection. I had to guess her wrist size in order to keep the gift a surprise only to find on Christmas morning that the bracelet just about cut off all circulation in her wrist. I called to ask about an exchange and was pleasantly invited to come into the store. Upon arrival I was greeted by Laura who, despite being busy, was able to meet us at the counter and help with our order. After checking my receipt she took the bracelet and brought out a few sizes to see what best suited my girlfriend’s wrist. After finding the best size, Laura saw the old single ball bracelet on my girlfriend’s wrist and asked if she could clean it for us. We recently moved across country but my wife really loves her other bracelets so I figured I’d just order ahead of time and have it shipped. Still have not received the new one now this way past expected delivery date. I emailed expressing my frustration and all I was told was we understand your frustration but that’s not our problem. Blame the postal service we chose to ship your item, as your not important to us! Well this will be my last purchase from them unfortunately.
