I chose this spot bc of the best reviews and beautiful nail art designs the best I’ve seen around town. The lady doing my nails was nice and welcoming which I very much appreciated. The only downside is she knew my nails had to be ombré like she said she would do as the picture shown on the right (my inspiration pic). I really don’t know what was happening but I was waiting until the process of blending was complete but it never seemed like anything was being blended so .. I proceeded to ask her if the polish was going to be blended like in the picture I showed her and she says that it was blended already when in fact it was not as you can see in the left picture ..so I was left super confused and sent home upset unfortunately .. there was no brush used to create the soft petal of flower from the design I wanted she only used a dotting tool the whole time which I thought was a little odd.. I just felt like there was little to no effort done with this simple set of nail design I wanted. It’s an absolute NO for me my second experience here was horrible. I walked in the earlier part of the day and no other customers were there so I was like great. However there was only one pedicure tech not the guy I saw before but I had an event so decided to go with the lady. Biggest mistake she cut up my cuticles with the machine I felt a little burning told her but once I got home I started feeling throbbing and my cuticles were all red I am now left with a few scars and my big toenail is now cracked and splitting from the middle. I needed them to do more than one clear coat without missing areas of polish on the nails. The nails felt a bit rushed. And the menu for services needed to be updated, instead of crossed off prices w hand written updates. The design on my toes were perfect, but the spa part of the pedicure felt like the bare minimum service for it. If the menu was updated, I know the customer would choose a better foot service option. My feet and skin has been very dry since moving here, so a bit more diligence w the foot would have enhanced...
