I just want to thank the staff at Total by Verizon Barstow. The team was beyond professional. Their knowledge of the products was amazing. The transaction from my old carrier to Total was incredibly smooth! I now have phone service and WiFi for half the price! Caesar,Jasmine and Sasha were the friendliest staff I have ever encountered!! If I had a question they were more than happy to assist me!! I read another review here and I’m thinking they didn’t have the pleasure of working with this team!! This Total store by Verizon is excellent. I had trouble trying to buy a new phone. And Metro pcs was really giving me a headache. The gentleman Caesar and his assistant were really Awesome. I'm really grateful to them for all their help and kindness. They got me the phone I wanted and they have the best customer service. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. Spend countless hours at this location and on the phone trying to fix my phone plan they messed up and now can't seem to fix it. They did not give me the plan nor the price I signed up for. This place is a scam. I did call and they said they can't help me.
