When you enter the space, you can’t hear the counter person speak because the music is so damn loud. It was full of bass and percussion.

There were no customers in this place.

They would not make or serve any drip coffee because they were going to close in an hour and 15 minutes.

The only coffee they were serving was Americano. I asked where the beans were from and I was told they were medium roast. ???

I asked the barista for a pour over. She did not know what that was. I had to explain it.

I drove out of my way to come here because on their menu, they had a picture of a coffee cup with the words brewed coffee. I did not want any soccer mom drinks as I drove to Las Vegas. I wanted real coffee.

The attitude was also a typical SNL coffee shop employee attitude. Not willing to go above and beyond to help the customer and there certainly wasn’t any any smile or hospitality.

A successful chain is built on the small things. Interesting that this location has a four-point star rating out of 81 reviews.

Today 17 April 2022, my husband and I came through the drive thru, ordered a white chocolate mocha and a caramel brulee, both hot. Which by the way we ordered the exact coffees the prior day, when we got you the window, she started to hand us iced coffees, we said we wanted them hot, she said both off them we said yes. A few minutes later she said here you go handed us the cops with no sleeves on them. Neither coffee had any flavor in them, they tasted like dirty water. This was not our fault and you would think they would make it right. I have been going to six bean since the day it opened, and we go at least once a week if not more, up until today the service was good, but not today. 😠 Maybe they didn't want to be there because it was Easter, just wanted someone to know what happened. This place is good but the menu is too big and it's confusing. You can really tell even the workers are confused with many items. They desperately need to simplify the menu. I think each time they make my drink they get it wrong or are confused. Never really had anyone being rude to me or bad service but, they always get my order slightly wrong. Also sometimes the wait is pretty long even with no cars there, which is slightly annoying. I do like the choice of food items. But they need to simplify things, maybe try to keep employees longer, the workers are always new. The items need to be clear what they are, and people want their ice drinks blended its 2023.
