Going into the store was Great. Alex helped me and I was in and out in a short time. But the delivery was horrible. 2 men where here one was friendly and the other wasn’t rude but he didn’t acknowledge me at all. He was doubtful and saying he can’t get in my couch before even bringing it up. The other guy said let’s try it so they brought it upstairs but they didn’t even try to get it in the door way at all. Literally walked it up and back down. Now I have to wait until tomorrow so my brother can come help me. My brother doesn’t live in town he’s a marine in San Diego and yes hes coming here to Barstow ca to help me move this upstairs because these men who are do this as a living can’t...

Literally I can’t Believe I just rented tires from Rent-A-Center!! What a true blessing. I’ve been needing tires so long and they are so expensive. Today Was a great experience! German and Carlos really helped me understand the process and They gave Superior Customer service! I had many question and concerns and they were great breaking it down for me. Not overwhelming or complicated!! If your reading this and been wanted or in my case needed some tires but didn’t have a huge amount to work with, this is the way to go! 💯 and I’m building my credit at the same time( they report after you pay off the item you buy to the major 3) Great day!! I can't say enough about the people working here, they are really nice, kind, and polite. The reason I gave only 3 stars has nothing to do with the staff, I just feel the products are low quality FOR THE PRICE. I understand the business model and the benefit to the customer to get and return, but the low quality of a table I had, paying $200 per month I thought was excessive. It was light as paper.... you sit in the chairs and feel the wood... cute table but really cheap quality.
