Red Baron Pizza — Restaurant in Barstow

This is truly the worst pizza place I've ever been to !!! Manager should fire every single person who worked last night!! First we go in there and the guy behind the counter said someone will be with you in a moment then he sat there and stared at us rather than going and finding someone to help us. When she finally came around we tried to order a pizza and salad bar she tells us salad bar is closed. All the food was still out there but we couldn't buy one!! We place an order anyways and walk around the corner and the only other customers is 3 guys sitting together but there wasn't a clean table in the place, most of them piled high with plates and trash so we found the cleanest one and I wiped it down my self. when the pizza came to the table all the topping were in the center of the pizza there was nothing on the outer 3 inches of the pizza not even cheese the woman who brought the pizza acted like she was mad she had to even serve us and wouldn't even talk to us. a few minutes into the pizza we wanted another beer and had to go to the front to place the order when we left they were just starting to tear down the salad bar!! We will never go back...

Called for delivery yesterday at 4:22pm, said it would be 45-1hr. One hour passed so I called and asked what was going on and they informed me the driver just left that they would call him and call me back. 15 minutes no call...I called back and they had no update. Finally after 1 hour and a half he showed up. I was on the phone with them again. They told me it was the manager that was doing the delivery. I verified he was the manager. He said yes and I said I've been waiting for an hour and a half. He just said he doesn't know what happened and never even apologized didn't offer to fix anything. Nothing has no clue what's going on inside of his kitchen , I mean how could he if he's out doing deliveries. The pizza was barely warm. The wings I ordered were barely warm. The crust had become hardened and was just horrible. I will absolutely never go to this location again. I'm done. Can't get quality product. Spent $54 and got trash.

Such a generic reply by the restaurant... No offer to fix,...

Looks Can Be Decieving

Today ordered two family sized pizzas. It's 108 outside and we didn't feel like cooking. As you can see it looked really good when we opened the box, but it wasn't. The pizza we received was dry and hard. It's an issue when you have to sink your teeth hard into a slice of pie and yank away to just get a bite. Also I personally don't like crispy crust. It wasn't just the crust but the whole underside of the pizzas were hard. The times before today I have had, it was pretty good. Today I don't know what happened. Maybe they had it too long in the oven but it wasn't burnt so honestly, I have no clue. You may be better off with getting Pizza Hut or Dominos. Pizzas like these really make me miss Barstow's Straw Hat 🍕

UPDATE: BRo these pizzas got little to no sauce on them 💀 no wonder them...
