This place is not worth their prices! $600 for a deluxe package, they rushed us in and out. Our pizza arrived 25 mins early, the worker asked if we wanted to go ahead and eat it since it was here. I asked if we were going to be able to come back and play for our remaining time since we are ahead of schedule, she told me no we would just lose the time. Once our play time was finished, the worker passed out pizza(5 larges), giving multiple slices to people before coming to the other side of the room, just to hurry up and get rid of it. She told us once the birthday girl FINISHED her pizza we would sing happy birthday, and cut the cake. Before she was even half way done with her pizza, she was lighting the candles an we were singing, also the cake was ruin on one side as if it was roughly taken out of the box. Not to mention how rushed she was cutting my daughter’s cake while i passed out the cupcakes. We ate cake for a few minutes before throwing stuff away, after that she told us we had 3 minutes to leave. We paid for 25kids, we had 19 show up but we were charged for 32 kids because there system didn’t recognize the “duplicate “ names on our list, our end total was $784 the party package was only $594, they didn’t say anything about the extra names I had to ask and that’s when they went through our waiver list and seen “7 extra kids”. Also i called before hand to see if we were allowed to come a few minutes early to clean our area, she insured me that they clean all the areas before each party, which is also NOT true . We were out of the play room by 5pm, I forgot my daughter shoes in the room and went back for them, and there was already the next party playing in the room. not even 5 minutes later 0/10 DO NOT...

The place and service they offer are excellent. The team who works there is not. To be working in a party place, where it is supposed everything should be happy and nice, they have THE FACES. They look like they are not happy to work there or do what they are doing.

I did the party for my kid last year and also this year... The girl who was the host party last year was so mad with me because I didn't let her cut the cake and also because I decide how to set the table with the cake, I noticed her rolling eyes and this stuff... I ignore her and thought will be just on that occasion... But this year (2022) I have another teenager that was completely unhappy to be there working... I was feeling guilty to ask stuff because she acts like I was bothering her...

Also, the person at the front desk is not very nice... To work at a birthday party place I think they should improve their customer service.

The place had been clean on the 2 occasions, everything looks new and nice...

Also, I Paid extra for the battle with guns... Is not worth it for kids under 6, the guns are too hard to manage that they leave the guns and keep playing with the...

I am simply giving them 2 stars because of the customer service. We had a birthday party and although the play area was fun for the kids the party room was somewhat of a nightmare. A say a nightmare because the party host was useless! She barely spoke or communicated with us. She almost cut the cake improperly, I had to hop in before she cut it wrong. We’re trying to enjoy the party the best we could and all of sudden the party host starts packing up our party with no warning or communication that our time was coming to an end. No 20, 10, or 5 minute warning. We’re looking around confused because she didn’t say one word to us. I had to ask her was our time up. With Covid being so bad I would think the staff would have of mask while handling and being around kids. Safety first. I’m also a little skeptical of their cleaning protocols, the parties switched out little to fast for things to have been properly sanitized, in my opinion. Customer is everything and they truly dropped the ball on this party or should at least properly train their employees to at least act...
