I had a pair of shoes I needed dyed a darker shade of brown. The young lady was super helpful. She really knew her stuff. She gave me 4 different products to strip, dye, and recondition post-dye as the deglazer and dye are alcohol-based. I worked the products in the correct sequence and the shoes turned out amazing!
