Man, Target’s drive-up/pick-up process is a straight-up nightmare. I’m so pissed off, I don’t even know where to start. Their app tricks you into thinking it’s all smooth and easy. It even told me, Oh, forgot something? Just place another order, and when it’s ready, swing by to grab both! So I did-two orders, no big deal, right? Nope. Huge mistake. They don’t mention that your groceries, especially the frozen stuff, are just chilling-literally-in some sketchy backroom, nowhere near a proper freezer. I get home, start unpacking, and my heart sinks. All my frozen stuff-ice cream, pizzas, the works-is half-melted, soggy, and gross. It’s like they left it sitting out for hours in some half-assed fridge that’s barely cold. I’m talking food safety nightmare. How long was my stuff just hanging out like that? No clue, and Target clearly doesn’t give a damn. The pickup itself? Total disaster. I spent hours on their janky app picking out my groceries, drove to the store, and then sat in my car for an extra 20 minutes waiting. When the guy finally showed up, he didn’t even bring a receipt or say anything useful. Just yeeted my bags into the backseat, muttered something like Thanks, have a good day, and bolted. I was so stunned, I didn’t even know how to react. Like, who does that? And returns? Forget it. After all that time picking items, driving, waiting, and then finding my food ruined, the last thing I want is to go back and deal with their nonsense again. That’s inconceivable! It’s exhausting just thinking about it. Target’s basically daring you to complain after putting you through all that. Oh, and get this: I tried delivery first, but they wanted a forty-dollar hold on my card just in case. Like, what? In case I steal a bag of soggy chicken nuggets? So I switched to pickup, thinking it’d be easier. Big mistake. The whole thing was a mess from start to finish. Target’s drive-up process isn’t just a hassle-it’s flat-out rude to customers who’ve already spent their time and money. Honestly, I’d give it zero stars if I could. Save yourself the headache and shop...
Read moreTremendous customer service on a Taco 🌮 Tuesday movie night. When I searched the three different locations they have DVD/Blu-Rays I couldn’t find the two movies I was looking for. So I asked an attendant & she went & checked in the back & a few minutes later…💥BOOM💥 SUCCESS. The young lady was so pleasant to deal with & I thank you for your efforts. (I feel bad that I didn’t get her name, if she reads this review, she will know who I am referring to. When I was checking out at the self checkout another AWESOME attendant got me in & out in no time. Her name was Layla (it was on the receipt) and the lines were long, but Layla was moving people in & out like a Champion. Supply chains are an issue, just please remember it’s not the employee’s fault. All you have to do is ask & I’m certain one of the ALL-STAR attendants at this store will do everything to accommodate you. Now don’t go at them with some type of attitude, you get what you give people…be kind. And HAPPY TACO 🌮 TUESDAY...
Read moreI give 3 stars instead of 5 because during the Black Friday sales their toys are not automatically ringing up the deal prices. So the employees have to get a manager to fix it or someone with more experience. Which causes confusion and this happened twice during there weekly sales the first deal was 20% off one toy most toys are already on sale the cashier told me that the 20% was already off and I had to inform them that sales price was already on the toy ! That’s not the extra 20%. The second time was the buy one get one I wanted a vtech toy but the paper said leapfrog in tiny letter it said vtech is a leapfrog brand and I got a fisher price construction toy. They had to come correct it.
This made the line long, it was frustrating and made my Black Friday shopping experience not ideal but the good part is they did fix it and had experienced employees...
