Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Bartow

My husband and I have been getting feed from Tractor Supply for a couple of years now and we have always had decent service... until we went to but a cub cadet lawn mower. It was suppose to have been new, but was discounted because it was last years model. We did not get any paperwork, none of the accessories that come with them and only one key. When we got it home it would not start. Called the store 5 times and never did get an answer. Took the lawn mower back, the manager on duty that day was rude and told the clerk to just give us our money back. We went straight to Home Depot and bought a 1700.00 cub cadet, and got great service.We thought we would give them one more try and went to the Lake Wales store to buy fenceing and got ripped because they did not have any pricing or describitive lables in the yard on the fencing racks so... the wire I needed I didn't get and ended up getting the wrong roll and it is 100ft too short. Can’t post what I’m looking for as I’ve not bough it yet. However, with medium size dogs.. First, I’m a bit picky about dog food and dog foid brands sticking on a very limited retirement budget. I’m able to buy quality for two dogs with vastly different diet needs. I found 4Health for a very active puppy (8week old to one year) and one older dog, now fat as he stayed about 6 months with friends when we moved. I tried 10-12 weight loss quality dog foods and the only ones he loves are two weight management 4Health kibbles. There are many quality pet items here that don’t kill your wallet. I buy quite a few other items reasonably priced. We also purchased an assortment of pet chickens for our son-in-law. The app says that you have all purpose sand. We walked in, the first employee has no idea of what we're talking about but is sure they don't have it. Really? The very rude cashier says we don't have it. We showed her the app saying it's in stock. Then she looks it up and finds there's a lot of them. Obviously showing us where it was must have been an inconvenience. I had to dig through bag after bag because they're all torn in the corners, left in the rain and ruined. We finally got 2 bags and she was going to charge us $5.99ea when the tag clearly stated $3.99.
