Absolutely amazing experience! This will be my third time coming, the first two times the store was still getting situated with merchandise and renovations were still being executed so it wasn't very appealing. However this time, I can see that everything is settled in and looking great! The cashier who rang up my items was absolutely wonderful! Her name is Kimberly and she was extremely helpful and hospitable with not just me but the rest of the guests as well. She was explaining how their reward program works and she was so excited to share this information with me. The moment she explained how the rewards program works, I was completely sold and signed up. Her professionalism was on point and her energy was so vibrant and inviting.The decor here is absolutely gorgeous and very affordable. The store is very organized and clean with a very friendly atmosphere. I definitely give five out of five stars, I will certainly be coming back more...

edit The store manager did call to make it right by reimbursing the full amount rather than just the 75%. I definitely respect and appreciate the effort she went to.

0/10 recommend. I bought shoes prior to going out of town for 3 weeks that I ended up wearing for 20 minutes because they killed my feet. When I got back and tried taking them back to the Lakeland store I was told I couldn't because I bought them at the outlet. I come back to Bartow, receipt in hand and because it has passed 30 days at this point they will only give store credit, even though I have the receipt and card I used to pay. Fine. Policy is policy. However, they would only give me store credit for 75% of the price I paid! You have got to be kidding me. I realize these are corporate choices and not the employees, but I absolutely will not step foot in this...

I honestly don’t have much interaction with many people but the other day there was a nice old lady when I was checking out she was really sweet. It’s nice to actually have someone talk to you instead of just look at you the whole time you’re shopping or at the checkout and not say something so it was nice to actually converse with somebody store.
