Country Farm Furniture Store — Local services in Bath

We were so impressed with the service and quality provided by the owner of Country Farm Furniture. We ordered a wonderful king size storage bed, however upon the first attempt of delivery by the owner's son and a co-worker, it was impossible to get the bed into our tricky little house. They both comforted our fears that we may lose this great bed, and said they would figure it out with the manufacturer (Maine based). Well sure enough they did that - but it was certainly extra work on their part as Country Farm had to take apart the furniture, carefully, and get it into our house, and put it back together (complicated). The owner came for the second installation with his son and we were so impressed with their commitment to making us happy. Wow! We were so impressed as they worked through this process to make us happy. And, we LOVE the bed! It is amazing - both in comfort and quality. We couldn't recommend this company more. My wife and I live in Portland and we spent about a month researching online for a well-built sectional before visiting every furniture store within a 50 mile radius. No other furniture store online or brick-and-mortar had anywhere near the combination of selection, price, and customer service as Country Farm. We love the couch (Flexsteel Bryant sectional). The couch shows no problems, but I could not be more confident that any issues with the couch would be addressed with the utmost urgency and professionalism. The owners and staff are lovely people. I've never left a google review before but felt compelled to do so based on having had such a positive experience.

Edit January '23: We had a squeaky spring. Country Farm came out and fixed it within a few days. No charge. No paperwork. I wish all companies were run...
