I cannot say enough good things about Over the Moon. I work from home and have a pretty relaxed style and therefore hadn't worn a "real" bra with any sort of regularity in years. I had heard good things so I decided to stop in for a bra fitting just to check it out. Cheryl did my fitting (though I've now been back for a special sales event where I got to meet more of the staff). She found the PERFECT bra for me that totally changed my perspective. She encouraged me to try my t-shirt on over it and I was able to see how much of a difference the right bra made even under the slouchy/boxy style tops I normally wear. I bought two bras that day, and then bought a third on my most recent trip back (in addition to some sleepwear). I don't write a lot of reviews anymore but just had to sing my praises for Over the Moon. I figured bra shopping for me was always going to be pleasant at absolute best but more likely a hassle or unpleasant, but Over the Moon turned it into something FUN. I get so much joy when I put on the stuff I've bought there, it totally blows my mind. As a small business owner, I know how important reviews are. Small businesses need feedback and encouragement. When I get exceptional service, I always come to google and review (I don't do FB). Rose at OTM in Bath is over the top excellence. If you buy your bras anywhere else, stop. Go see her, maybe it will cost more but you will love your bra all day long. I have never had such an experience. I didn't know there was a difference. But intuition led me here and I will never buy bras anywhere else. A woman's specialty shop with proper bras is the only way to go ladies. And Rose at OTM is a goddess incarnate. The first time I came here I purchased an everyday bra and strapless bra. I had a good experience with my fitting. The second time I wore my strapless bra the underwire was beginning to dig into my chest. I called to ask to exchange or return the bra and they told me they had a 14 day return policy and that I was beyond that timeline. They recommended I bring the bra in to see if it was a defect. I brought the bra in the next day and they shifted the wire and told me that it was “too worn” to return. Mind you I only wore it twice, one of those times was for a half day… I was also told if I washed it, it may help the fabric. These bras are not cheap. I don’t often splurge on myself as a mother of 3. They did offer a discount on my next future purchase but I am disappointed in how my problem was “solved” and not sure I would return for...
