A lady called me regarding my order because the two skeins in inventory were wildly different in their dyes. Backstory: I knitted a Joji Locatelli Odyssey shawl (has three different colors or stripes) and was not happy with the results using two different brands of yarn. I searched several places for the Malabrigo Arroyo yarn in color 120. You had the yarn!! I wanted both skeins and would cope with the color differences. The yarn arrived yesterday (instead of next Wednesday) and it will be more than perfect! Thank you so much for having the two skeins of yarn I need to make my shawl a piece of art. And thank you to customer service for calling me to ask.

I am so impressed with these folk's service levels, I am ignoring my usual policy of buying local to support them. I'm returning to weaving after a long absence.
