WILL NEVER GO TO THIS THEATER AGAIN! I tripped and fell awkwardly off the stairs last month. I was looking where I was going and thought I was touching the floor when I fell awkwardly on the floor. A crowd of people surrounded me asking if I was okay. I tried to get up and I couldn't. A nice lady was kind enough to help me to my feet. I was shaky and jittery as I limped away. I had sprained my ankle really bad to the point where I felt unstable to walk. I never sprained my ankle before so I thought it was something I could walk off. When I arrived home, my foot was swollen and I couldn't walk. I called the theater and filed an accident report with the theater which on the same day and I didn't even receive a question if I was okay or not while they questioned me about they incident. I went to the hospital where my little niece had to wheelchaired me in because I couldn't walk anymore. I ended up in a cast and crutches and missed a week of school. My foot is slowly recovering but it hurts to walk and is still swollen around the ankle. I recently received a letter from a legal representative of the theater stating they denied my claim because they were up to code. They refuse to pay for my medical bills or compensate me for my pain and suffering. I'm still recovering and my ankle still hurts me. So if choose to go to this theater, please be extra careful. Bought tickets online and was super easy to get them at the kiosk once we arrived. Just insert my card or enter the QR code.

The snacks were delicious, a bit over price but expected. The water tasted like metal, I was shocked because it came from the fancy Coke machine.

The auditorium it self was clean. Easy access to your seats, very spacious, and very comfortable.

The restrooms them selves were a hit or miss, I came with my small child and we went to the family restroom and the bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned in days. There was some type of throwup or fecal matter caked onto the stall. So we went to the ladies restroom instead, it was fairly clean.

We watched The Bad Guys, and it was totally adorable. It had a twist that we were not expecting, I recommend it to anyone with little ones, or just want a good animated movie.

I would come again to this location, avoid the family restroom, and definitely not get the water.

Came to see Elementals. Movie was great, snacks are overpriced as usual. But my biggest concern was the state the restrooms were. The women's restrooms were absolutely horrendous! Several stalls had no toilet paper, along with either being clogged, toilet seats with bodily fluid all over and needed to be wiped, or fecal matter everywhere.

Due to the state of the restrooms i would say this location is a 3/5, just because you never know what state of restroom...

Bought ticket online week in advance. Showed up at the theater the night on the movie to watch it @7pm start time. No one in the lobby area to check tickets, so after looking at the tickets I purchased online, it told me the theater and seat numbers. Well, as we approached the theater, I asked the only worker I saw was this the correct theater for our movie, and could we go in and sit. She said she didn't know what was playing, but we could go in. I found it odd that there was no sign or poster indicating what was playing, so we proceeded inside, found our seats, and settled in for the movie. A solid hour later, the movie started to play and it was not even the correct movie. At some point, between buying the tickets and the night we went to watch and apparently they swapped rooms and failed to notify me and it's not like there was anyone ask besides the girl who didn't know anything. Well, needless to say, I was a bit upset so I went to the customer service window and after about 20 minutes of being the only person in line I was refunded my money and as apology effort they gave us 3 free passes to come watch another movie for free. What a great deal I thought until I seen that the free passes I was given expired a year ago.
