Latte Factory — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

I recently visited The Latte Factory and had an exceptional experience thanks to Maddie and Ms. Z, the talented baristas who made my visit memorable. The highlight of my visit was definitely the drinks. I ordered the Salted Caramel Latte with three extra shots, which Maddie expertly prepared. The espresso was bold and flavorful, and the extra shots really elevated the richness of the caramel. It’s a fantastic pick-me-up that I highly recommend.

I also tried their new Blue Raspberry energy drink, which Ms. Z recommended. It's a vibrant, refreshing choice with just the right kick of energy. The flavor was tangy and sweet, providing a nice contrast to the creamy latte.

Both Maddie and Ms. Z were knowledgeable and friendly, ensuring each drink was crafted to perfection. Whether you're in the mood for a serious caffeine boost or just a refreshing beverage, The Latte Factory has you covered. Definitely looking forward to...

It's entirely too expensive for the quality of both the drink and service you get. The menu prices don't match what you end up paying either. On their menu it says it costs 1.80 for an extra DOUBLE shot of espresso and when I asked for an extra double shot I was charged double that. Also the lady at the counter did not want to accept card for some reason even though the card reader worked fine because she did end up running the card and was she very apologetic about the incovenience nor did she try to explain why she didn't want to take the card. Be careful of add ons! I ordered a $6 and they asked about things that are standard at Starbucks, for example, and somehow my drink ended up being $12. I was completely shocked and only realized after I paid - like wait that can’t be right. They were totally unapologetic for the confusion/ not clarifying the foam (normal on any latte I’ve ever had) and the 2 shots (normal on any drink that is that size) cost extra. The drink was fine.
