If I could I would give it a negative star. I'm posting from a month or so back. I went here over four years and it was amazing! I hate to say it but, it went down hill with customer service. It was a girl and a guy. When the snowballs were ready the girl just open the window and put it out the window and slammed the window . Not saying it's ready. We ordered one more snowball and my cousin asked the girl is it always busy and without talking she waited and just shook her head with a ugly smirk and closed the window.I'm not going to lie it was kinda of funny so I laughed cuz she was being a little you know what and I never thought anyone will ever do that. I'm still laughing at this point and I know she knows I'm laughing at her . My cousin goes to window to ask for napkins. He or she threw ice in the grass and bees were flying everywhere . So I know they did that on purpose. (I'm sure they have a sink in there)But the thing is we didn't move because we know if you sit still they won't bother you but they threw a cup of ice again and more bees (over 18) were flying. Still sitting and it's not bothering us. So their plan for us to leave or get stung didn't work. God doesn't sleep! The guy didn't seem racist but the girl sure did! What A shame for having to deal with...

My wife and I stopped by on Sunday March 19, 2017 at about 4:50p to the walk up window to order. It wasn't until 5:05p that I was able to order. After that, it wasn't until 5:55p that I received my snowballs! Over 1 hour wait for 3 snowballs is outrageous! Not to mention the place is ultra run down, dirty, and smelled terrible!

We live right down cedarcrest and frequent this snowball stand fairly often. The wait is usually pretty bad (somewhere around 30min) but today was by far the worst experience I've had as far as wait and environment. The people behind us in line actually walked away after about 30min without even worring about getting what they ordered and the next guy banged on the window after 45min wanting his money back! The only reason I did not do the same was because we promised our 2 kids (5 and 2 years old) they would get one...

I guarantee this will be the last time I go to this snowball stand. These guys need to get it together before they lose all their business or someone opens up another snowball stand right...

Extremely terrible service. Nachos are hit or miss as most times the chips are stale. Don’t switch up flavors cause you will be disappointed. Only business I know that NEVER abide by open and close of advertised business hours so don’t be surprised when a lil sir/ma’am come out, put a sign on the back of a car 🚗 that’s several cars ahead and boldly LIE that it’s been there. We watched him put the card board on the back physically. Customer in front mad trying to back up while chic at window peeping to see what happens next. Owner needs to supervise these kids that are working cause they are out of control. And they stay telling lies that they don’t have any change to keep extra money. Sign says pimping ain’t easy but tipping is …is a disgrace with the customer service provided. Let the work you do speak for YOU and you want have to beg for a tip. No longer...
