The associate and the manager at the Kohl’s in Baton Rouge is so rude had no consideration for one of their loyal customers. I shop at the store all the time and it happens to be New Year’s Eve. I didn’t know I wasn’t aware that they closed early tonight and they still had 15 minutes before they closed and the manager said no to me when I asked her if I could at least try on a pair of jeans and a shirt so I can go out tonight because my my mother has been in the hospital so I haven’t had an opportunity to really go shopping and she told me no cause she’s about to shut the registers down early and one of her associates that hangs up close. I actually took her buggy. It was so rude to me made me go get another buggy Because I had accidentally taken hers instead of her just going to get another one very rude very unprofessional like I will never go out there again. I will drive to Hammond. If I have to before I go shop there again I mean, I would never hire someone that acted like that towards the customer Very very poor skills. Somebody needs to get a new manager and a new whatever she’s called associate whoever hangs up close and they’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. They know who I am. I don’t care get it together rude rude rude I understand it’s New Year’s Eve but I definitely had time to try on a pair of jeans and a shirt so thanks now I don’t have nothing to wear tonight. Read moreWent shopping at Kohls on last night for some gifts for my buddies Wife's birthday on Monday. After much time and effort we located everything that he was looking for. Haven't shopped at Kohls in a minute. Was a little disappointed with the way the merchandise was displayed and organized.The store merchandise used to be a lot more organized than this. I do a lot of shopping for my Wife and with my Wife so I'm very familiar with the Womens section of a clothing store. None of the store Associates greeted us upon entering the store nor offered any type of assistance with making our selections. Customer service is very important to me that's one of the reasons for only three stars. Store merchandise also was not properly priced which we discovered during our checkout time but we did receive a 20 % discount off our total purchase price. I've shopped at Kohls many times in the past and was well pleased with my shopping experience so I'll definitely be back during the holidays for some Christmas shopping...

On September 6th (2020), a soon to be 70-year-old MS disabled me stumbled into Kohl’s to use their Amazon “returns” department, and landed right into the arms of pure grace! Your employee (department manager with initials VS) immediately took me under her wing, put me in the store’s only wheelchair, wheeled me to the Amazon desk…then wheeled me around to spend my return money on some desperately needed clothes. And I love what I bought! It was an “errand” I had dreaded for weeks…that turned into one of the nicest days of my life!...
