Bought a $221 chain for my son for his birthday — it broke faster than a New Year’s resolution. Came back to exchange it for an upgrade and was told it’s now worth $50. I guess jewelry here depreciates like milk. Apparently they only upgrade their excuses. Zero return policy and 30$ if I want it fixed😂 Manager avoided eye contact like I was asking for his Netflix password. Total scam. By the way.. Sam told me chain was 24k. It’s marked as 10k which means they are melting coke cans in the back and mixing a batch of poorly made counterfeit products and robbing the public. BUYER BEWARE.
