The haircut experience for my toddler itself was great, but the management experience was bizarre and upsetting. I was checking in early for my son's haircut reservation, I said his name, spelled his name, I even saw his name on the schedule and tried to point it out. The woman I was checking in with proceeded to snatch the schedule away from me, say a completely different name, and when I said no that's not him she was visibly upset when I specified his first and last name and AGAIN pointed out that I already saw his name on the schedule. She angrily erased the new slot she put him in as a "walk in", where I noticed she still didn't write the correct name. I sat down befuddled by this strange communication and it didn't end there. As my son jumped in the chair for his haircut, clearly put in as a walk in even though I reserved far in advance, this same woman comes over to interrupt our experience to lecture me further about this bizzare scheduling issue telling me that it was my fault that she gave him someone else's chair. I was angry and struggled to enjoy my son's experience because she was clearly gossiping with the family she mistakenly took their time slot from for my son and they were all staring at me. It started the whole day off on the wrong foot and will forever be a reminder to just get my son's haircut done before vacation to avoid this place. Horrific...

I am an adult male and I got my haircut at Harmony Barber Shop with Trinity. I am leaving a review because of a great experience, and I haven't seen a lot of adults leaving reviews.

Trinity did a fantastic job with my haircut, better than other stylists I've been to outside of Disney and for a third of the cost too!

There are three chairs inside for a total of three guests at a time. I was seated next to another adult getting their haircut and a young boy getting his first haircut.

If you have a kiddo who is getting their first haircut, I definitely recommend it. Based on what I saw, Harmony Barber Shop makes it a fantastic experience and they are very skilled at keeping restless children engaged and calm enough for a very nice haircut.

There is a small seating area inside for up to three people, but it fills up quickly, so some of your party may need to wait outside.

I definitely recommend making an appointment. Even though walk-ins are available first come, first serve, most of the slots had filled up half an hour after the park opened (and this was on a less busy day too!) So they definitely go fast!
