If I could give it 0 stars I would. Went there 3 time on my honeymoon and had nothing but the worst customer service of my life! On my 1 time going in I ask a cast member about two items one they didn't have in and she was so snarky about it asked about the 2 items and she snapped at me and said NO its discontinued and walked away from me when say this. Ok maybe she was having a bad day went in the next day to look at dress's asked if they had a dress in my size and was told no they didn't make them in my size. Ok I thought no problem she rushed off. Walked around look at other stuff then found out about another dress I had to have asked the lady standing in the front if they had it ect she told me no one has it and they were pulled off the shelf the day before... They were not there the day before so she lied. Then she told me no other store sold them either. Ok so 2 cast members now are snarky and rude. I walk out of the store get to my hotel room down load the shop app bc I no longer trust the cast member (ps they have an app on there ipads they can check these things) I find out not only did the one dress come in my size and the other dress I liked was still for sale at the store in Disney springs. All in all I will never go back and have lost all respect for the cast members at that store. I would recommend going to Disney springs if you are looking for any thing. Don't waste your vacation like I did. Ps staff in Disney springs are way more helpful and want...

The sales assistant who served me in Magic Kingdom Pandora Denessi was absolutely brilliant, she was fully emersed in the sale and I cannot fault her at all shes very much like the sales assistants here at Pandora in the UK so it was lively talking to her. I noticed that the charms were $20-$30 cheaper here compared to Disney Springs Pandora, and i mentioned to her that the sales assistant Tiffany at Disney Springs said to me they were more expensive at Magic Kingdom. She suggested I got the refund as she said that they shouldn't have lied and it was wrong of them to do so. As she said the extra money I spent, I will end up saving and that equals out to another charm, which it did and I am thankful to her for helping me. So I bought an extra charm and my husband treated my to the Disney Castle Necklace which was soon to be retired.

I easily spent over 30mins in the shop talking to her, as she was Brazilian and I absolutely love Brazil and the football team we talked about everything. I want to say a huge thank you again, you were amazing and I loved being...

Quite disappointed in this store for the first time since I've been coming to this park. We went to the Pandora jeweler, we asked for the price for some earrings that we were interested in. Alexis attended us and said the earrings were 75$. We proceeded to the checkout with all our items. I don't believe Alexis ever smiled and it felt like she HAD to be there. Once we paid, we left and then checked the bill outside. To our surprise, the bill said 70$ per earing and not for the set. Thankfully her colleagues were MUCH nicer...
