So I must say, we had an excellent time here getting our popcorn made! The staff that WE encountered were super friendly, and Cheyenne was just an awesome helper! Our popcorn we got was absolutely divine!
Now the only bad I have. Disney, in my experience, is always full of happy people it seems. I'm not sure how they do it, but they always seem to be genuinely happy and love to help, except this one individual named Bekah (or so it said on that person's nametag). We had an elderly couple next to us that was getting popcorn as well, and they were super sweet and nice. Bekah (so the nametag says) was helping them. They were so excited that they wanted to take a picture of it being made - but Bekah (as the nametag says), jumped back and demanded that they not take a picture of said individual with the nametag Bekah - demanded that they didn't want their picture taken.
Okay, I understand that I guess.
Then, the elderly couple asked "Bekah, what's your favorite popcorn combination?" Bekah snaps back - "Bekah is not my actual name!" - The elderly couple then says "Alright, well that's just what your name tag says so I just though..." "Bekah is not actual name!" The elderly couple moved on, and asked again "Well, what is your favorite popcorn combination?" and Bekah responds back, again snapping "I don't have a favorite!"
This is the type of behavior that is just beyond me. Your nametag says Bekah, you should expect everyone to call you Bekah. If it's not, you need to take that up with someone other than the customer. It's absolutely ridiculous to treat such a kind couple the way that you did, because whatever you have going on in your personal life doesn't seem to coincide with your work life.
Anyways, Cheyenne was very kind to Bekah's (as the nametag said) customer, and was able to talk to them and me while Bekah (you see where I'm going with this) fixed their popcorn. Just a very seemingly unhappy individual that really doesn't have a place is the atmosphere of Disney. I felt so bad for the couple next to me having to deal with such a human being. Cheers for Cheyenne, and the lady at the cash register that spilled the elderly man's popcorn in front of me. She was also very kind...

Review:
During my recent visit to the Magic Kingdom, I stumbled upon a delightful gem that I simply can't stop raving about—the Confectionary Bake Shop. Nestled amidst the enchanting surroundings, this charming spot offers a sweet escape for anyone with a penchant for sugary delights. Among their myriad of treats, the Sweet Heart Pink Candy Popcorn with Chocolate Drizzles and M&M's stood out as a true masterpiece.
The moment I laid eyes on this vibrant concoction, I knew I was in for a treat. The popcorn, coated in a whimsical shade of pink, was not only visually appealing but also incredibly flavorful. Each kernel was perfectly popped, providing a satisfying crunch with every bite. The candy coating added a delightful sweetness that was neither too overpowering nor too subtle—just the right balance to keep you coming back for more.
But what truly elevated this treat was the generous drizzle of rich, velvety chocolate. The chocolate added a luxurious depth to the popcorn, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that danced on my taste buds. To top it all off, the colorful M&M's sprinkled throughout added a playful touch, both in terms of texture and taste. Their familiar chocolatey goodness complemented the overall experience, making each handful a delightful surprise.
The Sweet Heart Pink Candy Popcorn with Chocolate Drizzles and M&M's is a testament to the creativity and craftsmanship of the Magic Kingdom Confectionary Bake Shop. It's a treat that not only satisfies your sweet tooth but also adds a sprinkle of magic to your day. Whether you're a popcorn enthusiast or simply looking for something unique to indulge in, this is a must-try that will leave you with a smile as bright as the fireworks over...
Read moreI believe I got a sugar high by just walking in here. This place is the first building on the right of main street USA and I've spent my whole life walking by it to get to the rides and the castle. I am one of those Disney movers...I always keep going from open to close but my wife dragged me in here one afternoon.
This place is very cute. We were able to see a sweet older lady making cotton candy. My little girl enjoyed the whole process. The sweet lady then gave our little one a small sample. It was the first time she ever had cotton candy. It is magical times like this that make me fall in love with Disney. Thanks for making all of our days special.
We were able to watch the ladies make the Mickey Chocolate covered apples. The process was so slow and you could see the love, as they put each one together. It was almost like they were working on a master piece. I have no idea how someone would be able to eat this. It looks more like a show piece then a edible apple.
We also scored a sample of the rice crispy treat too. I love this store. I am going to make it my first stop on the way into Disney every time we visit here!!! Free sweets and free smells equals a successful...
