1 Star for Ben the manager who is a poor reflection of his new salon Nail Reflections. He is the most unreliable nail tech in the business. If he was my employee I would fire him. Book your appointment with him at your own risk . At both salons I have patronage, he has either cancelled, rescheduled, or pawned me off on his assistant due to his own personal schedule. I can understand once but three times that means you don't care about your customers. Or maybe it's me ...lol He must believe his skills are so invaluable he can walk all over the people who are trying to make his work valuable. He is one of the best in the nail game, true. That's why I kept trying to come back. But it's clear our time is not respected, nor appreciated. He has no respect for his clients time. I understand family first. So when he changed his schedule, he canceled the appointments that was already booked including mine obviously. Instead of honoring those appointments and then changing his schedule for future bookings. I dealt with it. So I changed my schedule to accommodate his, once again he rescheduled me. This was my birthday nail appointment. Mind you So I'm feeling real special... I can't make this ish up. I scheduled in advance once again he cancels. Thank goodness for CiCi who is so very sweet and a capable nail tech. Availability is always the best ability. I feel bad for her because she has to Make up a lot for his misgivings. But she is the truth. Her nails last. Her shape is beautiful. I will come back and book future appointments with her. Maybe this was meant to be. Best of...

I found this nail salon online and read through the reviews to ensure I was going to a place that was going to do a great job as I am use to going to New York to get these services done and didn't want to take the drive. I asked for a powder dip and pedicure. The service was good, not sure the womans' name who did my toes but Coco did my nails and did a fabulous job. The problem is the management, not sure the gentleman's name. When I asked to see the colors for the powder there wasn't many choices. I just wanted a regular pedicure and asked if they had Essie "marshmallow" which is an off white milky color. He stated they didn't have that color and I replied i need something close in shade. He suggested a color and I went with it being as though my pedicure was done first. When I was getting my nails done I realized the color is more of a beige color. I bought this to his attention and he stated that he told me it was going to be beige, I told he did not say that and I'm not happy with the color. He then stated we only have that color in gel, which I do not want. How does a nail salon not have staple brands such as Essie and OPI and basic colors? Basically he wanted to upcharge me for a gel service. As a manager in the service industry you're suppose to make things right with the customer being as you have a lack of product. Nonetheless, I still tipped the ladies for the service as they didn't have anything to do with the lack of customer service received. I will NOT be returning due to manner in which I was handled...

Owner: Tee is AMAZING! He used to manage a nail salon on Rt.440 and then decided to open his own business and I AM SOOOO GRATEFUL HE DID!

Nails Reflection is in Bayonne, NJ on Broadway. Inside the shop he has a CELL PHONE CHARGING STATION WITH EVERY KIND OF CORD FOR ANY PHONE TO CHARGE! (I think that is so thoughtful)

Tee mostly is *appointment only unless he has someone else there to help. He has a lady named, Cee there. THEY BOTH HAVE GREAT PERSONALITIES AND MAKE EVERYONE COMFORTABLE AND FIND A WAY TO MAKE IT SO COMFORTABLE THAT YOU FEEL LIKE THE SHOP IS AN EXTENSION OF HOME! (Also, they are so good at telling you what they offer in the salon that it makes you want to TRY EVERYTHING they do!)

I had a FullSet of acrylics put on and gel polish and design PLUS a pedicure (it’s a little more money then other salons but they ONLY OFFER SPA EXPERIENCES FOR MANI/PEDI SO NO “BASIC BTXXZ HERE”!!! Hahhaha PLUS Cee ended up convincing me to get a facial too! Hahahaha I spent more then usual but I’m thinking I may increase my (I call it) “Boujie budget” and time here! Hahahaha!!!

Because I ended up getting multiple services I was there a while... Tee and Cee totally ensure you are comfortable! I LOVE THE ENVIRONMENT I LITERALLY DID NOT FEEL RUSHED

$$&& & Pricing is a little more then other shops but I DO NOT MIND BC I GET TO RELAX IN QUIET AND GET AWAY FROM TRHHE CHAOS OF EVERYTHING ELSE! TOTALLLY WORTH THE EXTRA $$$$...
