Next Level Dental — Local services in Bayonne

I usually don't do reviews AND more importantly give a five star on these reviews. But this one deserves it. We have been looking for a Dentist since our dentist has left the area. We are very picky since we have been to some practices that are not acceptable. So when we received Dr Little flyer we are apprehensive. I checked their website and I am impressed, especially with the google ratings. My wife said why don't you go first to check them out. It was a revelation. First I was amazed by their streamlined process. When Doreen (maybe the biggest reason of the five star sorry Dr. Little :-)) told me that she will send the documents to fill-out prior to coming over, I am already impressed that at least I am going to a highly efficient business. BUT after receiving a Web based form to fill-up not a PDF one, I am doubly impressed. Next, the only earliest time available is at 8 am on a Tuesday that is very cold. When I stepped into the office the fireplace is on and it is warm, but more importantly got a very warm welcome from Doreen, then Dr. Little. Their clinic is very clean and well maintained. LASTLY I got my much needed treatment that I can definitely rate as EXCELLENT. Dr. Little explained what is needed to be done and did it with a precision of a true...

I highly recommend, Next Level Dentistry. I received the best treatment for my teeth and good oral care advice. I must start with the receptionist Michelle She welcomed me with a warm smile and ensured my comfort in the waiting area. I was then escorted in by Witney, who is a very polite dental assistant. She helped me feel relaxed and advised me on how to place my tongue; which resulted in painless X-Rays. I loved that! Next, I was seen by the Dental Hygienist, Tammy. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth, and removing the shame and guilt I initially felt. She knew my health history and made sure I was properly protected. She addressed my concerns and was very thorough with explaining the cleaning process. I am most grateful to her because I have a very serious health condition.

I also appreciate the receptionist Debbie. She gave me printout of my options for future dental work. In addition to the cost and possible payment plans.

Best of all, Dr. Lucci. She is a joy! She truly is a phenomenal Dentist, who sincerely cares about the patient, and offers the best form of treatment.

This is the best Dentist...

I went in for some minimal dental work on 4/28/2022. After I was done I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover the majority (they were in network) and that I had to pay $823.00. I paid and left. I then received the explanation of benefits from my insurance informing me that I only owed $102.00 given that they are an in network provider. I proceeded to call Little Family Dentistry to explain and provided them with a copy of my receipt and the explanation of benefits. I have called 50 times from 5/2/2022 to today and have been avoided and thrown around to different departments. I was told that I must call billing to resolve the issue and now the billing department has forwarded my calls to voicemail. This is the most unprofessional behavior and worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have yet to receive my refund or a response from the billing department. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dentist and will be seeking a refund through legal means.
